I was worried about the hourly billing and was hearing some horror stories about computer shops from my friends, but they answered all my questions. Only thing keeping them from five stars was that it took a long time and sometimes it wasn't easy to reach the tech on the phone. I definitely recommend them though!

The reason they gave me was they were helping established customers. I get that but then maybe they should have something on their prerecorded message saying that it may be several days before you hear from them. When I did finally talk to someone it was pretty clear that they really didn't need my business. After trying to give them feedback on customer service I was told if I didn't want to do business with them now would be the time to say so. There are plenty of other IT people/companies out there. went to Staples a couple weeks ago on a Saturday to do an Amazon return and while I was there I…read morelooked at laptops and a young man came up and suggested the one that would probably fit for us, I thought it was a good price so I told him I may buy 2 at that price,1 for me and 1 for her but I would have to talk to her and see if she wanted 1. he said sale was good till the end of t month . tonight we went up to purchase them. Walked in the store at 6;50, store was basically dead more employees than customers and I only seen 3 employees, I walked around the laptop tables a couple times trying to remember which one i looked at at this time I looked around for some help, young girl at the register area sitting on a stool looking down oblivious to me and obviously on her phone and over at the other counter was a young man looked at me a couple times but that was it. Walked around the laptops a couple more times with no reaction out of either employee she still had her face in her phone and he was still standing there looking like he was doing something, doubt he was. Finally after 10 mins. Of being in eyesight of both employees and no offer for assistance, We walked out, as we passed the girl I said thank you for your time (sarcasticly) she says Thanks have a good night.
