After my first appointment I had to return a week later for a contact fitting which was scheduled at 4pm and sat in the waiting room until 4:45pm. When I asked the receptionist when I would get back to see the dr (at this point already 30 mins past my appointment time) she responds with "You'll have to talk to Nick about that." After that days appointment I was informed that I needed to return in one month for an additional fitting. So here I am in the waiting room going through the exact same scenario. It's currently 30 mins past my appointment time & they couldn't care less. This place has tanked hard & will never get another cent from me. It's unfortunate this establishment has such disregard for peoples valuable time as they cram appointments in they can't cover in time to pull every penny possible out of people.
