I have attempted to call mepush twice over the last 9 months to get help with my computer problem. Both times they did not return my call for 3 days. The reason they gave me was they were helping established customers. I get that but then maybe they should have something on their prerecorded message saying that it may be several days before you hear from them. When I did finally talk to someone it was pretty clear that they really didn't need my business. After trying to give them feedback on customer service I was told if I didn't want to do business with them now would be the time to say so. There are plenty of other IT people/companies out there.
