The next day, Pete helped get my number ported over seamlessly from my old provider, provided above and beyond customer service the entire time, and even followed up with me the week after my purchase to check in. Small town hospitality at a big box store. Highly recommend stopping in to see what benefits switching providers or upgrading might give. I am now paying less for a newer phone and a better data plan combined than I was with the old provider. Would recommend!

THIS IS NOT A REAL VERIZON STORE…read more I bought two iPhone 6's for my wife and I about 2 months ago. These are the bullet points of my experience. *The salesman wrote all offers and deals on 1"X1.5" sticky notes while he was explaining the Edge plan to me. Because they had no actual paperwork for it. *Had me sign on an iPad so I couldn't read anything *Never actually got any paperwork for anything. Not even a receipt. *Told me that my bill would be $150 per month for both phones. My bill is $215 after the first month. *I just returned from talking to them about it and the woman I was talking to had the absolute worst attitude. Talked to me like I was an idiot for asking why the salesman left out almost $70 in charges when I signed. *Never got a straight answer because she just kept repeating the same thing over and over in that same aggressive, condescending tone. I had to leave in disgust and frustration because of this abysmal lack of customer service. Do yourself a favor and go to a REAL retailer for the phone you are looking for.
