He ruined the screen protector he tried to put on my phone, and would not fess up to doing so. I was so upset at his lack of skill and the fact that he boasted that he was great at putting screen protectors on. It was so difficult to even get him to stop what he was doing. I had to get through to him that I was not happy, that I wanted him to stop trying to put on this protector after failing at it 30+ times, and that I wanted a refund. This took tons of effort to do, and he did not care that I was unhappy at all. He just kept trying, and every time it got worse. I had to use a firm angry voice to get him to even take pause, as my nice concerned tone of voice got me nowhere. I had to demand what I wanted. This is totally unacceptable behavior from a sales associate. He even had issues with giving me the refund. I tried to get another associate to help but he didn't care either, and went into a back room. Said that the associate I was with knew what he was doing. Yeah right! This experience wasted a ton of my time and I left the store never wanting to return again! PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. So we headed to Brockport to this RadioShack. It's in the same shopping center as Mahan's (bonus!), across the intersection from Wegman's. The store is small, but neat and well-labeled, making everything easy to find. The staff was quite helpful, with one of the employees talking about his experience with the routers, saying that for our needs, the cheapest would definitely work (as expected). I would have preferred the Linksys, which they were out of, but the Belkin turned out working just fine.
