The conference room here is a good sized hall to host parties and gatherings. It can accommodate up to 90 people. There is a kitchen that can be made use of and it has a large refrigerator and six stoves. It was very helpful when my friend's son's birthday party was held here. We made as much use of the kitchen as we could. The rent for a day is $200 and there is a deposit of $150 which will be returned on inspection if everything is left as is.

It's really disappointing that they don't have competition and therefore it appears that they don't care what the service is like. The lead staff member that was working on Thursday April 20th around 5:45 pm was rude and ignorant. She told me a bunch of lies about my screen protector. She insinuated that it wasn't Verizon's problem and that the screen saver was the wrong size. My phone was pre-ordered and it was shipped to the store on Harrodsburg Rd in Lexington. She proceeded to tell me that store was not a corporate store so Verizon didn't stand behind anything I purchased there. Verizon Corporate sent me to that store. She said she would sell me a new screen protector for $60. I told her I would go to the Apple Store, and I guess she thought I was stupid, because she told me Apple did not sell screen protectors. I left upset and frustrated. I ended up calling Verizon and they took care of my issue and are sending me the $60.00 screen protector for free. I would NEVER go to the Verizon store in Hamburg Pavilion again. I have been to different Verizon stores and never encountered anyone that rude and nasty. I work in Customer Service and that type of attitude is certainly not acceptable. If she worked for me she would be looking for a new job today !! She didn't even try to help. Maybe it was too close to her closing time. Verizon did ask me the store I went to and who I spoke to. If I was her I would be changing my attitude immediately and look up the definition of customer service!!!

Everyone very polite, however they work on commission so they most likely will be polite and helpful. With that said! I stopped in about getting 4 lines of service and phones. Asked what I thought a simple question "How much is payment a MONTH". Of Course I knew what I was currently paying, just wanted to see other options. He gave me several different sales lines. Again "How much is payment a MONTH". Verizons Sales Agent: Finally he said $140 plus tax and wrote the number down on postie note. Phones have promotion of buy one, get one! Your first couple payments will be high because of the way the promotions for phones work. Back to Me: Wow, that's not bad. Lets do this! After and hour of transferring everything over, understandable. I have phones to trade in. Of course we take trade in. I was told I would get a $250 trade in for 3 iphones. I was finally done. I was out! 1st payment $450, 2nd $250, I called and asked when is bill going to be consistent. Verizon said there was a bunch of extra features i was enrolled on. So they took that off. 3rd $80, 4th $250. Called Verizon again. They said not sure what the sales agent offered you but he was incorrect. The cheapest plan we can get you in will be a reduction in your data plan and will be $200 a month minimum. This isn't what I was told! Verizon said the Georgetown Verizon is not an actual corporate place but and authorized retailer so we can't do anything about their false promises. Your bill will be at least $200 per month. You signed a contract. If you must deal with this authorized retailer of Verizon, make sure you get everything in writing. Down to the cent or go in with the understanding that you'll be paying at least 30% more then what they say!!!
