I worked next door and I was personally threatened by the employee "Angel" today. Had to call the police to come out because I feared for my safety. I have first hand accounts that this store adds extra charges to customers accounts to meet commission quota. Not to mention they discriminate against their disabled employees, and workers who won't do fraud for them. With this management and those employees still working there I will continue to tell everyone who will listen about the illegal and immoral behavior taking place at the 933E store.. read more

I had 2 hours of discussions on the phone yesterday with corporate and was told to take the I Pads back to this store and they would accept the return, which this morning they told me no way they would take them back. Now I am back on with corporate wasting more time because what I was told did not match what actually happened. Some people would call that a lie. Avoid this store if you want my opinion and Verizon for that matter. I am an 8 year customer with multiple lines and they treat you like you are stupid. You've been warned.
