Tyler told me to go through insurance and Sell the phone off line which I did not do. The owners aren't helpful, they were rude, and what happened to the invoice when I traded my iPad for $40? They couldn't provide it, so where is my iPad? Also selling me another line I didn't need, an internet service that I didn't need, just to "justify " the plan that didn't even serve then blamed it on AI is unacceptable. Kyle made activation and transfer of data painless! He went above and beyond. Answered all our questions and then some. The customer service .... OUTSTANDING. They were busy since the minute they opened. Phone rang, he apologized and asked if he could take the call. Absolutely...multi tasking, hell yes. Handled the call and went right back into assisting us. While he was on a customer call he was still processing my information. I will only return to this store if feasible. Thank you, Kyle! The last three installments of my iPhone payment has been denied because they feel I'm not entitled to the credit any longer. They are not honoring what they promised. Pretty sweet right except for the fact that everything Gio sold her/us on was a lie just so Gio could make some commission I guess. Our gift card that we were promised that was going to come in the mail never came after the first month of service our internet bill went up to $75 a month. So I had to repeatedly call customer service to get this corrected and after 3 separate calls my bill still hasn't changed and now I'm going to cancel my internet and go back to my old provider because for some reason AT&T doesn't wasn't to hold up their end of this deal that Gio sold us on. Paris was the only one working all day on Independence Day and after assisting 2 other guests before us, he spend 2 hours with us to help port a number, find us the right phones, and set up our plans for us. Just fantastic service, and incredible professionalism and expertise. I never thought I would be smiling and happy leaving a mobile phone store but the great interaction and service from Paris really did that for me and my family.

They didn't have the new phone in stock so they shipped it to us and told us that we had to bring old phone back when new phone is operational. We brought phone back and they changed their tune and told me the the phone was only worth $20.00. If I wanted to walk away from the deal I had to bring new phone back and pay a $55.00 restocking fee. It was a true bait and switch scenario which I have contactied the BBB to report as I am sure they have done this to more than one customer. My concern is that I have been an AT&T loyal customer for over 25 years and currently pay them around $450.00 a month for 5 phones, internet and U-Verse TV. The store Ass't Mgr said that her system wouldn't allow them to do anything else and that the system overrides and customer relationship. I was supposed to hear from the store Mgr. yesterday but didn't get a call. I now have to go to corporate and spend a lot of my time to rectify this bad service. Oh, they admitted that the salesperson who orignially inspected the phone made a mistake but the customer has to pay for his mistake. Public be aware of this store and the employees working there. They don't know what they are doing and don't understand customer relationships and the importance they bring to the organization.
