First off, GO. TO. THIS. STORE! Drew, Brad, and Von will absolutely take care of you!! Initially, I went with T-Mobile for a deal to get Starlink, however, to get the deal I had to do everything over the phone. Doing everything over the phone turned out to be one of the worst experiences with a business I have ever had. I spent 4 hours the first night to try to get a problem resolved (they shipped the wrong phone to me), talking to 5 people with no resolution. The second night I talked to 4 people (3 hours) with no resolution. Customer Care was worthless. The Promotions department was worthless. The Online order department was worthless. So, to give T-Mobile one last chance before I cancelled everything, I found a store that had the correct phone and was told I could exchange it there for the incorrect phone shipped to me. In comes Drew, Brad, and Von. The Dream T-Mobile Team. They spent 5 hours to work through all the immense problems and incorrect things done by the online/phone people at T-Mobile. I can't even tell you how many problems they found with the order, and they saved me money on top of that! These dudes are legit. Don't screw around going to other T-Mobile stores! Their Geek Squad has failed to complete a delivery and installation 4 times. we are in the process of trying a 5th time. They have no problem taking your money but they have a serious problem completing the work. stay away from this outlet unless you enjoy broken promises and incompetenc. read more

Literally the only competent T-Mobile in the area. I came here after waiting over an hour at the Hendersonville one in the whole foods parking lot. I left that one bc I was never helped and didn't want to waste anymore time. The one on bleachery was also very disappointing & currently under construction. But here, David was awesome, he got my phone upgraded in a timely fashion. It took less than 20 minutes. He was super knowledgeable too which is honestly hard to find these days. This location is also alot more staffed than the rest. Definitely coming to this one again if I need anything else even though its the furthest one from my house. I will make the trip. I've been a T-Mobile customer for over 12 years, I recently added my dad and step mom to my T-Mobile plan with iPhones and have tried to navigate them through figuring them out(they've both never used a smart phone), via FaceTime, as I'm in charlotte. Anyway i told my dad to visit a T-Mobile store near him and he came to this location and left so happy! He needed someone to guide him through making his settings simplified and catered to seniors and easier to navigate for him, and he raved about how amazing David was for him and went above and beyond to help him and was so patient. Contacting you in reference to my experience at your store located on Patton Ave. in Asheville NC. I had come into the store looking to buy a new phone after breaking the screen on my older one. When I arrived there were 3 customers in front of me two families, and a single gentlemen directly ahead of me. The team at the store handled it well and and Manager Ari got everyone signed in on a list. A middle aged couple arrived in the store about 15 min after I did and Ari promptly checked them in and asked the nature of their visit. They stated they had two phones to trade and wanted to buy two new ones. After a while 15-20 min, store employee David became available and gestured to the couple that had come in after me to come to his table. I stated that I did not think that was correct and he should check the check in list. David just retorted that this couple was next to which I replayed that I was 100% sure that was incorrect, to which he responded that he was 100% sure I was wrong and lying, sat down and started to talk to the couple. Not wanting to make a fus I walked over and politely asked him to just humor me check the list seeing as that was its precise use. David jumped up cursing under his breath and nearly ran to manager Ari to who he told that " You need to handle this guy over there", "If he approaches me again I'm gonna do something". David went on running his mouth and threatening me aloud to a room of about 15 customers. Manager Ari asked me what the issue was, I replied flabbergasted that I was just telling David that I though he had messed up the customer checkin. Ari acknowledged I was correct and told me someone else would help me ASAP. The gentleman that was ahead of me who was now being helped by Customer expert Cody agreed and attempted to clarify. After finishing with that gent Customer expert Cody addressed my very simple need to buy a new phone and I left. Manager Ari, Cody, and the two gents that assisted me Saturday night were very helpful but based and on my very short interaction with David I found him aggressive, confrontational, violent, and unprofessional. As having worked in many leadership roles myself in customer facing retail I see an amazing opportunity for direct coaching on customer interaction and stress management. Hopefully this is not the service Sprint customers can expect from T Mobile moving forward . I expect David was commission motivated to select the two phone purchases from the customers behind me rather than follow store policy and help me with my single purchase. read more

Extremely disgusted. I have purchased a phone that does not work properly. It turns off bluetooth connection randomly, the battery discharges with no apps open, its buttons don't work properly. The person I spoke tried his best to prove me wrong without addressing or asking me what else was wrong. Frankly, that is the worst treatment I have ever had in a professional setting. I walked out when he began discussing a restocking fee for a defunct phone. I would really like for his manager to have a real discussion with him regarding his manners, ability to listen and the fact that we will be walking away from T Mobile. I will lose money on this crappy phone, but T Mobile will never see another dime from us. Don't try to prove someone wrong when you have no idea what you are talking about. I won't mention his name....but I should. Edited to add: discovered that when the Bluetooth cuts out, all of the phone's functions have stopped too. So, is this normal for a T Mobile phone? Makes me sick that he would not listen and that he had to be right when he was completely wrong. read more

Rob & Ryan were great! I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked into the store and they took great care of me - got me set up, transferred from Verizon and into my old plan in about an hour. They were polite, attentive and fun. The only reason it's not a 5 star review is because it took longer than I was expecting. Fortunately, I wasn't in a hurry and I was in good company.
