The service I received at the register was fantastic and not pushy, rather it felt sincere and welcome. The clothing value was, well not exactly Ross but more manageable than a larger chain store for goods. All in all an average place that was nice enough. It wasn't anything too expensive but enough to take a stroll down random aisles in search of something StarWars or marvel related.

People were friendly and the parking lot was laid out well. My only hesitation in recommending this place was there were quite a few people walking the parking lot. They were not shopping. I did, however, notice that there was a set of cameras brought into the parking lot, that had a flashing blue light atop the pole they were mounted to. This was a nice deterrent for those looking to do some shopping in the parking lot lol. I give them a 4 star rating, which I would definitely change to 5 if they can give a more secure feeling while shopping.

My wife and I came here to exchange some pants that were bought online because the size wasn't correct. They did give us a few problems at first, but the manager said they would take care of it and he did. Took a few stars away because other old navy stores do exchanges all the time without hesitation.
