There wasn't much variety, and browsing didn't take long because there simply wasn't a lot to choose from. The toy section stood out in a negative way -- it was essentially just a single aisle, which is far less than what you typically see at other Burlington locations. Part of what makes Burlington enjoyable is the ability to browse a wide range of items and find unexpected deals, but that experience just wasn't there at this location. Overall, it felt underwhelming compared to other stores in the same chain. The service was non existent no one acknowledged us.

In the back, there is a large section of clothing for men and women. I was disappointed in the clothing, the quality just wasn't there for the price. I'm not so sure that is the shops fault, I think this is just something that clothing manufacturers are doing these days. It's rather sad.

They were always friendly & helpful.Then a new manager was hired & most of them left. Now most of the staff is new & do not offer help, are not friendly or helpful. If you ask for a different size you can be told to check for one yourself.

Usually they'll take your clothes to the fitting room for you, and see if you need different sizes or colors. The last time I went I wasn't even acknowledged that I was going to the try some things on. When I did ask for a different size, I was told I could go look for it. I had to go put my clothes back on and look myself. One worker was kind of nice and helpful, very different from what it used to be. There are too many online ways to get clothes to have to deal with this.

I think I was just hitting it at weird times, because the other day when I went, there was plenty to choose from. Connie immediately spotted me, and helped me find my size, as well as other items I might like. Some of my favorite lines here are Johnny Was, Prairie Underground and Michael Stars. I purchased a long black dress that will work great for many occasions and seasons, an a beautiful printed scarf to make it a little more spring-y. I'm delighted to know they carry Prairie Underground and look forward to stopping in more often to see new seasonal items.
