It's been awhile since I updated my review, and the time is now…read more I try to avoid wally world as much as possible these days, and when I have to go, its tough talking myself into it. Produce sections has really gone south so to speak. Avocados have fingernail gouges, the lettuce is brown, there is barely walking area, don't get me started on the meat section or that they decided to move everything around- which is fine, change it to try to keep shoppers in longer.. but OPEN ALL THE SELF CHECK OUT STANDS OKAY!!!!!!!! ALso, this whole new section for cosmetics and stuff- when I need to buy anything in that section, I also have to pay for it before I can continue on my way to other parts of the store!! and hold on to that precious receipt. Look I get it costs are high everywhere, but this is getting ridiculous and the inventory is lacking and when they are restocking- why are the pallets in the walkways? the aisles, everywhere, its like massive u-turns every where I am heading, I cannot be the only one feeling this way. Also that Sparks delivery check out- that should not be, I have been is this store often enough and not seen any "Sparks".

Extremely long line at self-checkout due to volume and the fact that their scanning wands didn't…read morework. The genius monitoring the area wouldn't let anyone use the completely empty lane reserved for their Sparks Delivery Drivers who apparently shop for you and deliver (and put away) your food purchases inside your home. That's a big no thank you... but back to my original point. Even though no driver was using the reserved lane the min-wage sentinel refused to let anyone use it. I love employees with zero autonomy and less common sense. Keep it up Walmart. One sparkless star.

I also noted the amount of people being let into the store is a good amount and we were all able to be mindful of each other as we safely socially distanced ourselves when looking and retrieving desired home decor. I was on a quest to obtain some gifts for giving out during the coming holidays and wish to avoid the madness of Black Friday or the Holiday rush. The store is like a treasure finder's paradise in which, you never know what wonderful things you will find. Things found there are clean and well organized but the supplies do change and quantities on some items are limited. It's best to come on a weekly basis to find different things, a sales associate has told me. That's too much for me, so I'm thinking maybe every two to three weeks instead. They carry home furnishings, linens, art, children's toys, office organizations, cooking products, cookware, and even boxes of disposable face masks. Once completed perusing the aisles, I proceeded to the check out counter and found the sales associate, Catherine, went above and beyond. She individually wrapped all the dinnerware and packaged them carefully into the bags to ensure a safe journey home, as if they were her own dishes. As I was leaving, the person who greeted us took back the cart and wiped down the handlebar and it is now ready for the next patron that enters.

Bringing only $15 I took the store credit My wife then goes to use it and they say I am the only allowed to use the card. I never heard of a store credit being tied to the person who got it - crazy policy. I will go use the store credit and we will not be returning after that.
