    This is a good place to shop , you have many choices in what you want to buy.The prices are fare compared to many stores. I find they have more stock than most stores and most of the time you can find an associate. The check out is not available until 11am with a life cashier but, like everyone else I am getting used to scanning and bagging my own things. I am 70 and it gets a little tuff at times I wish they had a senior register for those hours, at least one and handicap people too need the register too. I shop for food not clothes, they look great and reasonable but that's not my reason for shopping there. Try the store you will like it

    So I purchased an apple gift card from Walmart 7/20/23 spoke to cortney your store manager who told me to call cooperate . When I asked her for the number she sat here and stated she didn't know the number to call 1800 Walmart didn't make any amept in trying to help me solve the matter when your selling the product out of your store .FYI that's Evers store policy if you buy any type of gift card and there's an issue for it to return it to the place you purchased it from then wants to sit here and agate because they couldn't do anything . Well I contacted your cooperate office who literally sat here and told me to go back into the store and get the gift card returned for another one boy oh boy well Walmart in Howell have news for you that's not what cooperate says after speaking to them on the phone .

    Cake cancellation

    I ordered a cake for my daughter about a week ago. I was going to pick up the cake at 8am, thank god I checked my email. 7:20am same day of pick up which was in 40 minutes my order was cancelled. I understand emergencies happen but they need to have a back up plan for moments like this! Less than an hour of pick up time and my cake is cancelled and I'm stuck trying to find a birthday cake for my daughter's birthday party which is in 5 hrs!!! The lady on the phone was rude and nasty when I called! I would have been fine with picking it up a little later or something but no options or care given for the customer! They had no one the replace the baker! How about outsourcing to another Walmart or something I would have driven to another Walmart! Idk like I said I understand emergencies happen but at least have a back up plan for those moments or at least have sympathy for the customer who felt bad for the baker and understood, but when rudeness is given I'm going to give it back it's not my fault your baker had an emergency!

    Let me play the pity card and beg outside for hours instead of seeking work to feed my "3Kids"

    This Walmart is the stereotypical Walmart, when you enter you see some of the nastiest looking people, weirdest people, and see the weirdest things. Also, the store is usually pretty crowded so nothing is ever stocked on the shelfs. Gatorades that are stocked on the shelfs are always damaged. Since the store is usually pretty crowded and only have 1 or 2 registers open to check out it takes forever. Self checkout usually has a long line as well it is irritating when you only have a few things and have to wait 10 minutes to pay and leave. Not the best of places I wouldn't suggest this place to go to. Shop at your local farmers market and other small businesses. This Wal-Mart even has people begging outside for your groceries.

    The stores were fully stocked, but they did seem to be a little low on staff last night. They also have pretty cheap pricing!

    I have been trying to call walmar in Howell all afternoon. NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE. I left some grocery items behind that I paid for .

    Never enough registers open. Employees are rude. This store is just a matter of convenience, quite frankly.

    I went to go pick up two prescriptions, one of which was filled, but the other wasn't. I was told…read morethat they would not fill the script because there is an OTC option available. I looked in store, and there was no OTC option available at all. I took a look online, and Walgreens does not even offer that product. I am not sure why my script was refused to be filled for an OTC that they do not carry. Why the pharmacist did not just ask if I would like it filled regardless is beyond me, and it's a sign of disregard for my medical needs. Any time your doctor sends a script, and they tell you it should be ready by the time you get there, you still have to wait a minimum of twenty minutes. Sometimes you're told to wait while they help others behind you. If you call ahead, that does not change anything. If you are a day late, you have to wait for a refill. Honestly, pharmacists get paid way too much to treat their patients poorly, and I think no one should use this pharmacy in its current state. I have used this pharmacy for years and service has only gotten worse.

    so i go here a ton. the reason for the four stars instead of five is due to the occurrence of…read moretoday. i walk into the store and the person at the front was very nice and welcomed my mom and me into the store and helped us with finding some isles his name was jamie. when checking out there was a different guy there who's name i can't remember but it was not jamie. but while checking out i was buying some skin care products and on one of my skin care products there was a coupon on it and i tried to use the coupon because it was five dollars off and who doesn't want to save some money. and the guy said it was expired so he called over james and james was kinda rude and wouldn't let me use it even though it was on the product. i'm disappointed just because it was on the product i got and it's not my fault it was on there. if it was expired why would they be promoting it?

    Time to update, because CVS decided to update…read more I can't be the only one annoyed with the new "self check-in" computer at the pharmacy desk. That does absolutely nothing to improve wait/pick up time. Because there is always a line- but explain exactly how this self check-in, is any faster or more efficient?????... - Staff punching in your information, and you are standing at the counter- old way -You punching in your information, and standing at the counter-new way ...and the line behind you grows- and no one else can punch in information, until the check out at the counter-is complete, because your information is readable and it tells you to wait. Sigh. It should be: You punch in your information, then once accepted- it clears out the screen (your information has been accepted and no one else can see it) and the next person in line can do the same. Because have provided necessary info, the system is cleared, and you just wait to be called. Info in, cleared, wait, called, pick up, pay, go. Repeat. But no. There is still a long line, you have to wait for the person who punched in their information, now waiting at the counter to receive their scripts. It makes no sense and is an added step of nonsense, since the staff still needs to walk up, look at your script, walk around to the bins, collect said scripts and then come ring it up. Pharmacy staff is still great and always helpful, so absolutely no complaints at all-- but CVS really needs to rethink this computer check in process- You listening CVS??

NOW it's become the most awful Pharmacy I ever dealt with! If you go hold good luck getting someone to pick up your call. They have no courtesy & calling you with an update does not exist. Instead I had to call for days to find out a medication that was promised to come in never did. CVS put me through the worst anxiety & frustration. I'm switching ASAP.

    I have experienced multiple ongoing issues with my local CVS pharmacy. On a prior occasion,…read morepharmacy staff informed me that my insurance had rejected coverage for my medication. After contacting my insurance directly, they confirmed that this information was FALSE and that there were no coverage issues. This misinformation delayed access to my prescribed medication. (life or death meds) On the most recent visit, my 70-year-old father, who has difficulty walking, waited approximately 40 minutes in line at the pharmacy. Due to an error made by a pharmacy employee, he was instructed to return to the back of the line. When he expressed concern about the excessive wait time, he was told to get out of the car and come into the pharmacy, despite his mobility limitations. Later that day, not all of my prescribed medications were dispensed to my father. When I called the pharmacy to ask why my medications were not refilled they said there was an error and that I should return later. When I explained that I was ill and unable to easily leave the house, the pharmacist AL IMPIRLE responded by stating "you should switch to another pharmacy, there are many in the area" unprofessional, dismissive, and rude and he failed to address the unresolved medication access issue. I contacted the pharmacy directly on multiple occasions to clarify insurance coverage and medication availability. I also contacted my insurance provider, who confirmed there is or was any coverage issues. Additionally, I contacted CVS corporate customer service to report these concerns. Despite these efforts, the issues continued and were not adequately resolved. This CVS pharmacy has had repeated and serious issues since receiving all customers from rite aid which closed down the road, but my most recent experience crossed a line that no professional in the medical field should ever cross. This location consistently shows poor communication, lack of accountability, and disregard for patient needs--especially for elderly or medically vulnerable individuals. I would strongly caution others who rely on timely, respectful pharmacy care.

When I came back over an hour later to give them extra time, another technician could not find my insurance information even though I assured him it was in their system. He wanted me to leave without my prescription. I did not leave and asked him to please check again; when he did, the insurance information suddenly appeared. This staff is incompetent and rude.
