Close to $10,000 worth of damage. Was going to take it somewhere else, but a person at work recommended carstar xpress. They handled everything with the other insurance and when my car came back, it looked like I had just driven it off the showroom floor. It even looked like they had detailed it.Unfortunately got hit again, another hit-and-run on April 20. Immediately took it to carstar, who gave me an estimate, I brought the car in on Monday the 27th and I got it back after 4 PM on the 28th. From the moment I walked in, Michael, the owner, set a completely different standard. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable, but he is also deeply invested in making sure you understand every step of the process. He didn't just tell me what needed to be done he took the time to teach me about my car, what the parts are, what they do, and why they matter. I left knowing more about being a car owner than I ever have before. What truly stood out is how much he genuinely cares. He has strong relationships with the rental car company and even arranged for them to pick me up directly from the shop while I was still shopping around for the right place that alone shows the level of service he provides. As a woman, I know there are stereotypes and fears around being taken advantage of in situations like this. I can honestly say this experience was nothing but educational, respectful, transparent, and safe. The intake process was extremely thorough, the shop was spotless and welcoming, and Michael was compassionate about the accident itself not just the repair. This wasn't just good service it was hospitality, integrity, and professionalism at the highest level. I would trust Michael with my car without hesitation and I will recommend Park City Garage to absolutely everyone I know. If you want an auto body shop that treats your car like you do and treats you like a human being, this is the place.
