If you have a fear of Dentist, this is where you need to be. I have had nothing but extremely friendly and understanding interactions with the whole team. Making appointments is incredibly simple, they kind of handle everything on the insurance side but most importantly my Dentist is incredibly thorough, and explains every step of what she's doing along the way. When I got my numbing shot, didn't feel it. First time I can say that ever. She showed me on my x-rays all of the areas that were of a concern, and of course as a client you get to pick and choose what you want to focus your effort on, but it's kind of nice not having to worry about least important to most, she will handle it all. I got two fillings, I had absolutely zero trouble with the bonding she used after the fact, my teeth aligned perfectly on the first shot. the dental hygienist that cleans my teeth is also very good, another painless procedure, and aside from the wait being nonexistent to be seen, she's also very quick but efficient. I'm trying to get my husband and kids to switch over from their dentist office as it's very far from where we live in Camino. completely impressed with this office.

I broke a tooth and my mother, Nancy Mathis, told me to see her Dentist. I yelped him and the reviews were positive but I was suspicious that there was a global conspiracy to spin this place as being a good Dentistry Practice. I have associated some of my past expereinces with Dentists right up there with the House of Pain. I came in and I need to tell you that the ladies at the front Counter are Kind, and Hospitable. They processed my Delta Insurance information and communicated right up front what my benefits were that would cover my various services. I went in for my XRAYS and I have a terrible gag reaction to anything in my mouth and they numbed me up and were very patient. Every assistant is amazing. I discovered that I needed a Crown and they preped me for a temporary and created the mold for my permanent crown. They consistently communicated to me that they wanted me to go into Christmas pain free. I came back and got my permanent crown and then I met my Hygienist who gave me a cleaning who is AWESOME! say it with me Matt Delgadillo is an incredible Dentist and does a great job. I have more work to do in 2026 and I am not anxious or worried about sgoing here for my treatment. I highly recommend that if you need Dental Care come here.

Very disappointed . Dr. Little is a soft spoken man. I have been going to him for a few years…read more Cleanings and exams as expected and no problems. Then, I started having issues with the left side if my mouth. Dr. Little suggested crowns. My insurance allowance had already been used so, I scheduled my appointment for after the first of the year. I called ahead of time to find out how much I needed to pay out of pocket and was given the price. When I arrived for my appointment they informed me it would be an extra 100.00 on top of the almost 600.00 out of pocket that I came prepared to pay. Then I was told they wanted to start on the right side of my mouth (the side that has given me no trouble) once the tooth was drilled out and a temporary crown put on, I was then given a referral for a root canal in case the pain got worse while waiting for the permanent crown. Why wasn't this explained prior? We had already discussed that I didn't want to get a root canal. So, I go to schedule to put the permanent in and I'm told I'd have to wait until mid March (it takes 2 weeks for the tooth to come back) so they send me away with a repair kit "because it's likely my temporary will come out" I'm not saying the man shouldn't take a vacation but, his office shouldn't schedule treatments unless his availability allows him to finish the job. I complained enough and was seen a month later. The tooth with the crown is feeling better. But, the tooth next to it that he put a filling in hasn't stopped hurting. I'm living off of tylenol and motrin for some type of relief. All for a side if my mouth that wasn't bothering me to begin with! Meanwhile, I'm also still having the original issue with the left side of my mouth. So, I've made an appointment with a new dentist and I'll be stuck paying out of pocket since Littles office used my allowance on a crown I probably didn't need in the first place.

Unfortunately, my experience with the office receptionist, Jay, was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. When I called, Jay was initially very informative, answering all my questions regarding insurance, the types of fillings used, and how payments would be handled--an important factor for me since the cost of my treatment would use up my entire insurance allowance for the year. After our conversation, I felt reassured enough to move forward with scheduling an appointment. However, I was informed that the office requires a 25% deposit to schedule, with payment in full required on the day of the procedure. Since the total cost was around $2,000, I asked if they would be willing to offer a payment plan for the remaining balance after the deposit. Jay immediately said no, which I understood, and I politely explained that I would need to find an office that could accommodate a payment plan. At this point, Jay snickered and told me she felt like I had just wasted her time. Shocked by her response, I asked if she thought it was unreasonable for a patient to inquire about a surgical procedure and insurance coverage before committing. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, she raised her voice and told me it was, in fact, a waste of time--adding that there was already a note in my file stating I was "going somewhere else." The only reason I had requested my X-rays was to obtain an additional quote, which is a completely reasonable and responsible step for a patient. Jay continued to talk over me as I attempted to clarify, forcing me to confirm her name and let her know that her behavior was incredibly unprofessional. If this is the treatment a potential patient receives from the front desk, it raises serious concerns about the professionalism and patient care within the rest of the office. Is this type of behavior accepted or even fostered by the practice? It was a huge red flag and left me with zero confidence in trusting this office with my dental care. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, especially when making important healthcare decisions. I would strongly advise anyone considering this office to be cautious and ensure they feel comfortable with the level of professionalism before proceeding.

I feel bad leaving a bad review simply because the girls are awesome and very helpful. Dr. Rahimi on the other hand...not great. I had a cavity in January that I went to him for. He ended up drilling my tooth down to a nub for a cavity and charged me for a crown. All very expensive even with insurance. Then the next week, they did a deep cleaning of my gums because I was starting to show signs of gum disease. I also pointed out another obvious cavity to Dr. Rahimi that he told me we wouldn't worry about it yet. I had gotten my crown the week before my deep cleaning and the day of, I flossed and my crown shifted and then when I bit down, it fell into place. After that day, my crown has never fit over my whole tooth. I thought maybe it was from the deep cleaning since my gums stayed irritated for a month or two. Every single thing I eat gets stuck in the pit caused by my crown not covering my whole tooth. Then I got very busy with life so just waited for my next cleaning appointment. I went in 6 months later for my for cleaning but Dr. Ike wasn't there so I came in again the next week for him to look at my crown. Somehow, within 6 months-my teeth went to all taken care of, all cavities gone, mild beginning of gum disease cleaned like crazy-to now I have a new cavity that he blamed on me using a water pick-which they specifically suggested for me to use-and not flossing. I have been flossing and using a water pick this whole time but somehow I have new cavities and gum disease now-which he blamed on me not taking care of my teeth-which I absolutely have been doing. He also told me that all I can do about that gap is floss after every meal and there was nothing he could do. Told me not to use my water pick even though that is the only thing that clears all of the nasty food from the PIT between my crown and nub of a tooth. Basically, I feel like Dr Ike blamed me for his mistake and refused to work with me. Absolutely terrible service. I told him about a genetic issue I have that actually causes more tooth issues than normal and can cause more tooth decay, and he started to explain to me that teeth don't move and we don't grow a third pair of teeth-uhm yea. Very obvious this is true but had absolutely nothing to do with what I told him and I never once said I grew a third pair of teeth...seriously wtf. I totally assumed I would go in there and he would realize something didn't fit right and do his best to fix it-but instead he blamed me for the crown not fitting right and just told me to stop using the only thing that can get the junk out of my pit (water pick) and floss every day. Most unhelpful visit from a dentist I have ever had. I am sad to say I will never ever go here again because I truly love all of the receptionists and dental assistants and hygienists!! But if you don't want to get totally screwed spending money on things that should solve a problem but do not solve anything-do not go here. I do not have a lot of money at all. The visits in February/March really set me back. Now I feel like I have to go to another dentist and spend all that money again to fix something that he should absolutely fix. I should have listened to the comments on here saying the same things and now I'm screwed and would be much better off with no crown at all. At least without a crown, food wouldn't constantly be getting stuck against what little is left of my tooth, almost at guaranteeing that I will need a root canal on that tooth. And he didn't care at all.

Due to the last-minute need, I was scheduled with a new dentist to the practice, Dr John Ramirez. All staff members I interacted with including the front desk staff, the young woman who took my x-rays, Dr Ramirez, Dr Stout and a different tech who took my post-procedure x-rays were all very polite and professional. Dr Ramirez conducted an exam and explained to me the options for a crown replacement. Before proceeding, a staff member came in and showed me what the costs would be (before and after insurance coverage) for the two options I had available. I opted for the Cerec crown which is made in the office and placed the same day. Dr Ramirez was very thorough in his explanation, made sure I was comfortable with the procedure and ensured that the final placement was a great fit. The technology available at this practice is impressive. I appreciate the option to complete the patient questionnaire electronically prior to the visit, the digital x-rays are much better than what I've experienced at other offices and the in-house Cerec crown option was great. While my appointment took about 3 1/2 hours, there was no need for a temporary crown and a follow up appointment to place a permanent crown. While I was waiting for the crown to be made, I mentioned that I had an implant that was a bit loose. Dr Stout was able to come in, between his other patients to check it out and get it tightened up. With each visit I've been very impressed by the efficiency of the techs and assistants. They are very good at what they do and are also very personable. This visit ended with a quick checkout at the front desk - easy payment and next routine appointment scheduled.

I understand that first visits can take up to 90 minutes but this was excessive. Also, everyone was sick, even if they had face masks on, it felt risky being that close to the dentist and his assistant while they cleaned my teeth. My cleaning was painful and even weeks later, my teeth are really sensitive. The receptionist was doing her best. The lady who does billing did okay, but what I was billed for seemed to not match the services I received. And the peer pressure I was given about getting their specific mouth guard made me have to be stern with the dentists. Overall, not happy and will not go back.
