BUT, they are always kind and they were incredible with my 5 year old each time. The ladies that take the kids back are awesome! Our daughter has had procedures done that most places would sedate for. Dr. Keith did it all without sedation and the work was beautiful and held up. Everyone at One Loose Tooth is wonderful. I have taken both my kids 9 &14 twice now and decided to go myself. Dr Keith is just amazing, patient, friendly and explained so much during my visit that I've never been told before which I really appreciated. My hygienist Katie was simply the best, yes she was in my mouth but our conversation was so great, I felt it was no coincidence that we met that day. She also gave me a ton of helpful information during my cleaning. The front office staff are all very helpful and accommodating. I got a crown done with them - it went great. The dentist was personable but focused on the work. During the entire process i felt in-control of when we were going to do specific procedures, the front office staff worked hard to keep the services as affordable as possible, and most importantly my tooth feels perfect and I was given simple good advice during the temporary tooth weeks. An absolute gem, I highly recommend this Dentist (and already have to our family, friends, and coworkers!)! We were searching for a dentist for our daughter and One Loose Tooth was highly recommended to us by a few friends. On the initial call to schedule an appointment, the incredible office staff answered all of our questions and let us know that adult patients are now being seen in the new office. My wife and I decided to also schedule appointments (after many years...I know ) and I am SO GLAD WE DID! Our daughter had a great experience and can't wait to go back...I mean really, what 6 year old says that about a dentist visit!? My wife has severe anxiety, which was mentioned on the initial call, and the entire team really went above and beyond to make her feel at ease on the phone and during her appointment. (Other establishments turned her away when this was mentioned!) This is a HUGE win for my wife and major green flags for One Loose Tooth. That brings me to my experience, all of the staff at this establishment has been friendly and has made me feel welcome. Dr. Keith is outstanding, he answered all of my questions, never made me feel pressured to make decisions, and is a wealth of knowledge. Ashley, the dental hygienist that performed my two deep cleanings so far, has been incredible. Ashley is very thorough with the cleanings (greatly appreciated!), very patient with all of my questions, and extremely honest through everything. I wish I remembered the names of the front office staff that has helped me, they also have all been EXCELLENT. We drive an hour and a half to see this dentist because the people that work here make my four year old excited for every appointment. Of course, dentistry is not cheap and they do not take any insurance that I have, but I do find that their prices are bearable. They also do adults so I can get my teeth done at the same time as my child's. read more

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Keith for several years. She has no fear of the dentist and enjoys their stuffed animal raffle when she is there. As an added bonus they also do orthodontics, so the staff has entire care over her dental health as she grows. I could not have more positive things to say about this practice. Every staff member from the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist were all so kind, and the demeanor of my son said everything. I was very nervous and anxious because I was overdue bringing him and thought he would be emotional and have a hard time, but from everything I saw and the feedback provided by the staff he had no issues at all, which to me just meant they made him feel comfortable and safe. We found Dr Keith through a referral and we are so pleased! Our 2 year old needed to have a tooth looked at and she had a lot of fear around the dentist. Everywhere we went for consults it was recommended to us to have her put fully under to to be able to even do an X-ray :( we went to Dr Keith and not only did she do great with the X-rays and the cleaning but she didn't want to leave!!! The staff are all amazing and Dr Keith explained everything around the treatment to us and put all of our concerns to rest. This place is amazing! My son and I absolutely love Dr Keith and the staff. They're very kind and informational. Most of all, they're unlike some other dentists who overbook themselves and rush procedures encouraging laughing gas and sedation. 3 other places strongly recommended my son to be sedated for cavity treatments. Dr Keith and his team didn't even have to use laughing gas to get 2 crowns, 1 filling and disking done all at once. We felt never rushed and Dr Keith and staff went over treatment plans with us thoroughly and didn't mind explaining the procedure options multiple times. Dr Keith even called in the evening to check in on my son to see how he's doing. We finally found my son's dentist that he'll see till he grows up. We're in Folsom and it's definitely worth the 30 minutes drive. read more

Dr. Keith and his staff were very friendly and helpful on our first visit with our 3 children! Registration was fast and simple! Their tactics on working on our children's teeth was interesting but very successful. They called in all 3 of our children together while my wife and I waited in the waiting room. They gave us updates on how the kids were doing and once Dr Keith was done we were called in to see them. Kids did awesome and actually had a very pleasant experience. My oldest child had an awful experience at her previous dental office so off the bat this place she loved, which put us at ease. Dr. Keith was very nice and highly informative! I never knew dentistry like this existed and a new standard has been set. We are so glad to have found this gem. We are extremely grateful to Dr. Kieth and his team for an absolutely wonderful treatment provided for my 6-year-old. To give a little bit of context, our LO has a lot of cavities. We visited about 9 dentists (including holistic) and each one of them suggested going through General anesthesia to get her teeth fixed. After reading about the detrimental effects of General Anesthesia on a kid's brain and its development, we were totally skeptical. We enquired to every dentist if they can work on one tooth at a time and that we are willing to come as many times as needed, however, none agreed. Left with no other option, we finally decided to go forward with a 3 hr GA. We couldn't sleep the night before. Just when we were about to make a call to schedule the General anesthesia we came to know about this sedation free holistic dentistry. This is truly a godsend. Extreme gratitude to Dr. Kieth and the team for working on my daughter without Anesthesia. However, it is not just the Sedation-free treatment that attracted us. The suggestions by the Doctor, the work ethic and the environment were a pleasant surprise. The best part was our daughter had no complaints going to this dentist's office. The staff was extremely friendly and she loved them. Our daughter got half of her teeth done in one sitting without any anesthesia and just with local numbing. She was extremely co-operative with the doctor and the staff. They are true professionals who weave their magic like a charm and get the kids to co-operate. Our daughter got the major procedures done without crying. Dr. Kieth very patiently listened to all the alternatives we were asking about. He explained in detail all the options and the best course of action. He also called us back later that day to find out the whereabouts. True professional.
