The space was designed for efficiency and the moment I completed my patties the main course I had ordered of Goute was ready, realizing I had asked for way too much food for one sitting I asked for a box and the chef quickly brought one and boxed it herself for me to ensure everything travelled and reheated well. The pork (goute) was crisp and refreshing, served with plantains, Russian salad, spicy coleslaw, and some type of noodle dish. It comes with a base and a side . For my base I got the rice and beans. For my side I got the deep fried smashed plantain. If you like sweeter plantain, I would not get this side.
