Garrett was the first person to help me who was super friendly and very patient and tried different types until we found something decently comfortable. I ended up coming back and having to get a size down which Ashley helped me with. The next day I was having shinbang and came back for an adjustment. Taylor put some foam things on the shins to make it more comfortable but it still wasn't so he got me a different boot that had pressure in different places and felt better. Ashley helped me with the skis for this new boot. Very appreciative of the attention and kindness of the staff at this location. :)

Lowe's would not replace or repair. The "assistant manager Hailey told me I had to contact the manufacturer since I didn't purchase their "protection plan." She offered no assistance whatsoever. She didn't even ask what kind of range I purchased. It was just basically "too bad so sad for you," and I can't be bothered. If I could give zero stars I would.
