They're money hungry liars. Paid for new spark plugs, they charged me for them as new, and few months later when my engine light kept reappearing and I took my car to a different car body shop, they mentioned my spark plugs were old and needed new ones. So this place either replaced them with old used ones-or never even installed me with the new ones. When I confronted them about this, they acted as if they didn't have any records of my pervious cars work (or all cars in general, apparently they don't keep any record what so ever) and they had actually even changed owners. My truck started having a banging in the front when I put on the brakes. I took it to T & S. Unfortunately, the boss wasn't there when I stopped by. The guys who were there said the banging noise is probably the tires, and I should get new tires. They didn't want to look at it, then went back to lunch. If the boss is not there, they don't want to be bothered by customers. I have been going here for a long time, but I might need to find another place to go for auto repairs. read more

(BEWARE!!) CHECK YOUR TIRES BEFORE YOU LEAVE HERE!! THEY WONT!!! I don't want to leave a review like this but others should be aware. They used to be fair priced and hood. Now they do stuff without telling you and fuck you over! So last time I went here, they forgot to put the bolts back on my tire. So while I was driving my tire flew off completely. Not a lug nut to be found. Tim assured me they put them on there. Yea .. lol BS. So when the tire fell off my vehicle got some damage, the tire was damaged, the corner panel was dented to shit. They sent me home and said they would fix it. Well 3 weeks later with minimal contact they tried. They did a half assed job in my opinion. The worst part is my tire had a leak in it. They said they fixed it.. well guess what there is still a leak in my tire. Try calling these dodo's and we'll they don't care. The point is they royally fucked up bad.. they should've done everything they could have to fix it. THEY DIDN'T Just remember check your own tires, I wouldn't leave my vehicle with them bc they don't listen well.. also they can't even fix a tire with a rim leak.. so I would go elsewhere.. I will just be contacting every place I can warning them and leaving my review. I might file a case with small claims court. I don't know yet I'm exploring my options. If I was able to give no stars I would. I got my brakes done and in less than a few months of having them fixed, there was squeaking notes. I went back to have them check it out and all of a sudden they didn't know who I was, acted like they didn't speak English and said it would take hours to check it out while no other cars was present. When they were getting business I was in and out in less than an hour, but when it comes to fixing something they did wrong they don't own up to the problem. I would not recommend this place. It's filthy and smells like cat urine with multiple stray cats hanging around. They have horrible customer service read more

My experience with T & S Auto Service was great. My brakes were squeaking for the past week, after the rain had started. It was pretty bad, because it was squeaking even when I wasn't braking. I took my car in on a Saturday morning, and it was done within a few hours with fair pricing. I've got a older BMW and this shop is close to my home. They seemed competent when it comes to mechaical stuff, like replacing starters / brakes / clutches and whole engines (yeah I've had one replaced here). I've taken a couple different vehicles here, again because it's close to home and had a good experience. However If you problem is an electrical issue, your in for a new experience, they use your vehicle as a learning tool. I've now had my car there 3 times for the same problem. I'm not sure how to describe this place, maybe this way - Basic mechanical, they got you covered, If it's anything beyond that, electrical or computer related your better off taking it somewhere else, tip the tow truck driver for the extra miles. read more

I was next door and left my friend in the truck with the radio/ignition on and for close to one hour. So when it was time to leave, i tried to start it and it would'nt turn over - the battery was almost drained. So i walked next door to T&S and asked them if they can give me a jump and they had some cool battery on a dolley rig and wheeled it next door and after a little bit my truck started - it only costed 10 bucks but if i was to use my towing service thru my insurance it would've tooken them maybe an hour more or less to get to me. T & S This place is ok with basic mechanical work, but when it comes to anything electronic, computer related they don't have a clue. You end up paying them to guess what might be wrong. Save your sanity and your money, go else where. They tried to tell me the tempurature sensor was defective, they did a hack job replacing it with an after market one that was not 100 % compatable. That was $350.00. Guess what? It wasn't the temp sensor. Then they tried to tell me it was the valves, and I needed the heads re done. Wrong again, before I gave them $ 700.00 I took it else where. It was the the computer module. $ 100.00 fix. read more

got my 1984 caprice smog certified for a little under $500. it included adjusting the carburetor and installing a new catalytic converter which in my case was faulty due to bad emission setup. didnt get any help through the BARS program cause registration wasnt under my name yet so i had to come out of pocket for this bad boy. communication? average. some employees were more serious than others but the one who helped me out did his best to explain the repairs needed and when my car would be ready. think his name was Kevin or Henry. im bad wit names but anyways thx T&S for even taking in a car as old as this was. see ya read more

Took my Acura to the Honda dealer off of Capitol to get a quote for a transmission rebuild and they came back to me at $4k and some change. At $4k I might as well have bought a new car!! Luckily a friend referred me to these guys over at T & S and needless to say I got an awesome deal on this and saved a couple of grands. They would get five star if the customer waiting area was a bit more tidy, but I wasn't there to visit.. just needed to get my car fixed at a REASONABLE price and got just that. amateur mechanic here. went in the other day becasue i had a vacuum leak and a boost leak. Needed they guys to point me in the right direction to how to fix the problem. they had my car the a couple of hours and told me to comeback tomorrow since they were closing. came back the next day earl in the morning. I left my car all day to have them tell me i need to some work that has nothing to do with my initial problem. Instead i feel they told me a general problem that MIGHT be relatable to my boost leak just so i could just leave. They have terrible customer service. I feel they rely on there ignorance of English to swindle you into spending more money. Dishonest people. will not go again read more
