My husband and I have used T&S for several years now and we have had zero complaints. Each time we stopped in, whether it be for an oil change or tire problem, we never had to wait long. Had a flat just outside Jacksboro and was able to make it to the Allsups parking lot where two young men actually RAN toward my car to help and change the tire. They directed me to T&S tire as I was headed to Wichita Falls and doing so on a spare was not prudent. The place was busy as a beehive when I pulled in and I thought well there goes the afternoon, but someone was waiting on me within five minutes and I was out of there with a new tire 20 minutes later! They were friendly and polite in addition. The tire wasn't fixable due to the extra half-mile I drove to pull in somewhere safe instead of the side of the road (my dad always said don't worry about the tire - get to a safe place if the car will still move) but I did expect that. The price for the tire was right in line with the prices I have seen before at Walmart, Discount Tire, etc which I thought was remarkable for an independent shop. Huge shout-out to this store and the small-town spirit in Jacksboro that had people at my car helping me before I could even get out - I did not get the young men's names but they absolutely refused taking any amount of money from me and would not even let me go in the store with them and pay for snacks - read more

Avoid if possible- this place is WAY over priced and your taken advantage of for simple service like fixing a flat that should not exceed $5 or even $8 for a greedy establishment- but there isn't a word I can put on here for charging $14 - also a 'charge' for air???? Understand sometimes you just can't choose - but if you can - drive PAST here for any tire repair needs. read more

We were stranded five miles from Jacksboro with a blown tire on our travel trailer. We called Triple A and it was going to take more than 2 hours for someone to reach us. Being on the side of a two lane highway with cars and trucks speeding by us made for a scary and dangerous situation. We called T & S and they came right out and helped us put the spare tire on the travel trailer. The next day, my husband went to their store and purchased another tire for a new spare. If anyone ever has tire problems near Jacksboro, I would highly recommend calling T & S Auto Service. Especially in an RV. read more
