They directed me to T&S tire as I was headed to Wichita Falls and doing so on a spare was not prudent. The place was busy as a beehive when I pulled in and I thought well there goes the afternoon, but someone was waiting on me within five minutes and I was out of there with a new tire 20 minutes later! They were friendly and polite in addition. The tire wasn't fixable due to the extra half-mile I drove to pull in somewhere safe instead of the side of the road (my dad always said don't worry about the tire - get to a safe place if the car will still move) but I did expect that. The price for the tire was right in line with the prices I have seen before at Walmart, Discount Tire, etc which I thought was remarkable for an independent shop. Huge shout-out to this store and the small-town spirit in Jacksboro that had people at my car helping me before I could even get out - I did not get the young men's names but they absolutely refused taking any amount of money from me and would not even let me go in the store with them and pay for snacks -

Definitely a company to use and not have to wait hours and hours for a tow truck to arrive!!!

I have never dealt with such professional services when it comes to collision centers. I took my…read moreMercedes in to get a tail light fixed and by the time they ordered the part from the time it was fixed it took a day and half. I had gotten many other quotes from other car shops in the area and they were $100 to $200 higher than this shop. The associate I dealt with was Keaton(don't remember his last name) and he was very professional. He gave me a quote within 5 minutes of being there and the bill was actually lower than the quote. I had the pleasure of meeting Jimmy and Roger Skidmore and they treated me like I was their most important customer. I can't say enough about the family atmosphere they have created which after all, it is a family run business from what I can tell. I will always take my car to this collision center from this point forward. You can assure that you won't be treated like other collision centers that seem to treat customers as an assembly line. You are treated very well here and between the customer service and the prices, it's a no brainer to choose Graham Auto Rebuilders for your next car fixing needs. Thank you, Keaton for the great customer service.

Clint personally worked with me for weeks hunting for the perfect BMW X5. He stayed in touch with me 24/7 throughout the whole process. I was without a vehicle during the hunt for my X5 and Bailey auto plaza was kind enough to give me a loaner free of charge while shopping. After weeks of hunting and test driving beemers we finally found "the one". The moment Clint found my BMW he called me and told me to meet him at the dealership where the X5 was located for a test drive. I did a ton of research on the value and price of my X5... I don't know how he did it but Clint negotiated a heck of a deal for me. Finding a dealership and salesman you can honestly trust is like finding a unicorn... almost impossible!
