I had them add freon to the A/C and check the tire pressure. $137 latter the headlights were not touched, the cap to the line were the freon is added was missing and the car then over heated. He was quick to respond anytime I reached out and always very honest. There was a quick response for the tow ruck driver and still managed to get the truck right where I needed it at. They called when it was being loaded then received and call not even a hour after and my truck was already in front of my house. The tire wasn't fixable due to the extra half-mile I drove to pull in somewhere safe instead of the side of the road (my dad always said don't worry about the tire - get to a safe place if the car will still move) but I did expect that. The price for the tire was right in line with the prices I have seen before at Walmart, Discount Tire, etc which I thought was remarkable for an independent shop.
