I had ripped a tire on something metal and realized that my truck did not have the tools to remove the spare. Joe ended up coming and getting me out of a jam and even though changing a tire isn't a big deal, I really appreciated the fact that he had enough resourcefulness to find me the correct tool to help me get the spare tire off. I have never dealt with such professional services when it comes to collision centers. I took my…read moreMercedes in to get a tail light fixed and by the time they ordered the part from the time it was fixed it took a day and half. I had gotten many other quotes from other car shops in the area and they were $100 to $200 higher than this shop. The associate I dealt with was Keaton(don't remember his last name) and he was very professional. He gave me a quote within 5 minutes of being there and the bill was actually lower than the quote. I had the pleasure of meeting Jimmy and Roger Skidmore and they treated me like I was their most important customer. I can't say enough about the family atmosphere they have created which after all, it is a family run business from what I can tell. I will always take my car to this collision center from this point forward. You can assure that you won't be treated like other collision centers that seem to treat customers as an assembly line. You are treated very well here and between the customer service and the prices, it's a no brainer to choose Graham Auto Rebuilders for your next car fixing needs. Thank you, Keaton for the great customer service.

The owner is very rude and disrespectful and dishonest.
