The associate I dealt with was Keaton(don't remember his last name) and he was very professional. He gave me a quote within 5 minutes of being there and the bill was actually lower than the quote. I had the pleasure of meeting Jimmy and Roger Skidmore and they treated me like I was their most important customer. I can't say enough about the family atmosphere they have created which after all, it is a family run business from what I can tell. I will always take my car to this collision center from this point forward. You can assure that you won't be treated like other collision centers that seem to treat customers as an assembly line. Was assured they would address all issues mechanically, and body repairs. they later tried to return the vehicle back to me, after not addressing any of the mechanical malfunctions finally found out that they even told the insurance company that the mechanical malfunctions and errors could not have been caused by the collision. now we are stuck to dispute the nonpayment for mechanical issues and out-of-pocket for repairs that were due to the accident. The owner is very rude and disrespectful and dishonest.

The place was busy as a beehive when I pulled in and I thought well there goes the afternoon, but someone was waiting on me within five minutes and I was out of there with a new tire 20 minutes later! They were friendly and polite in addition. The tire wasn't fixable due to the extra half-mile I drove to pull in somewhere safe instead of the side of the road (my dad always said don't worry about the tire - get to a safe place if the car will still move) but I did expect that. The price for the tire was right in line with the prices I have seen before at Walmart, Discount Tire, etc which I thought was remarkable for an independent shop.
