alright i have been to the other big motorcycle shops in town and not only are they a bit pricey,…read morethey are always busy and you have to schedule repairs weeks in advance. for example installing and mounting front and rear motorcycle tires. and they did not have my tires in stock for my cruiser bike. so i found RPM and am i glad i did their prices are competitive, they do not have hidden pricing and are up front with all estimates, and got me in and out quickly same day service. now as if that were not enough, i bought my tires online and they used my item and just did the labor and went above and beyond checking my bike from front to back at no extra charge. they have friendly service and have definitely won my patronage from here on. all of my friends and fellow riders will get my endorsement for RPM as well (and come to find out they had my tires in stock!)

Unprofessional. Bad business. Spent $500 with him and not only is the motorcycle not working but…read moreit's getting progressively worse and he came to my home 4 times for the same issue. My motorcycle would not start properly, but whenever it did, it would start to sputter and die. I paid him for the diagnosis, and he returned later for his first attempt. FAILED. Bike still had the same issues. He made multiple different claims on where the issues could lie and not only was he paid to resolve each of those claims, i paid him extra after he called me complaining about having to return to resolve the issue and would need more money. The bike has been in the same state. First he said it was the carb, then it was the filter, then oil, then he said it could be the dirty gas tank, then he tried to blame me and say maybe i've been riding it with no gas . Just money hungry and won't solve your problem immediately. He will just keep milking your money. Hes going to reply to thisand make a claim that's he's fixed things, but never the main issue, he's just been spitballing and guessing instead of figuring out the actually problem which was the bike not staying on and that's was costing me money. He's going to reply and complain about how i messaged him evidence of my bike dieing after hours after i attempted to ride it I Texted him proof and time reference because he will pretend you've created new problems to get more money. He previously tried to blame me for letting it run out of gas. He's knows he's done a poor job and never fixed the issue, which is the bike not staying alive and gets defensive about it. And when you contact him about it he gets frustrated. Better off just taking your bike to a shop instead of dealing with a man child. His schedule and repair turn around (if your bike even gets fixed) would be the same.

Bought a 2018 Star Eluder back in February at a great deal. The sales staff explained everything,…read moreand I ask a lot of questions, to my satisfaction. Kelsey in the finance department was well informed about the Yamaha brand. I've purchased a tire and wheel policy from her, 6 years, and today, I opted to buy a maintenance policy from her as well. Required service maintenance on my bike are about $500 each. This policy is for 3 years and cover the service today and over the next 3 years, I have 5 more available at no further cost. I'm retired and I plan on putting as many miles on this awesome bike as I can. The policy IS transferable too! So even if I decide to move on, I can offer the policy as a value added part of the sale or trade price. Kelsey answers all questions and goes way beyond my/your expectations to make sure you understand what you are buying and the value contained in the services offered. She is a huge asset to this company. This dealership is really good but Kelsey makes it awesome!

The service people were less than friendly. They acted like I was bothering them and they hated their jobs when I asked to make an appt and when I brought and pick it up. Would I ever buy anything from here no. Would I bring it back here? Not unless it was much cheaper than traveling to a more friendly service oriented dealership. We did previously buy gear there and they completely ignored us minus one guy. So if you're a female don't come here they just look right past you. We bought two motorcycles in the past 6 months and I would never buy one here because of that.

I had a wonderful experience at Outdoor Powersports in Ardmore…read more My husband and I had shopped for a Yamaha Wolverine X2 from Tennessee to Texas. John Black was able to get us into a Yamaha Wolverine R-Spec for the price we had been quoted for the X2 model elsewhere. We asked John to give us an "out the door price", before we made the drive to Ardmore. We had some bad experiences at other dealerships with the old bait and switch. John even took the time to send us photos of the UTV's we were interested in. When we got down to the signing the papers we realized the the price was even lower than what he had quoted us! The employees at the dealership were friendly and professional. I've been very mindful during this COVID outbreak. It was reassuring to see an employee walking around and disinfecting surfaces. The entire transaction took a little over an hour. Test drive, paper work, cleaning the UTV, and loading it onto our trailer. We were given a swag bag with all kinds of goodies! My favorite were the passes to the Cross Bar Offroad Park. If you are in the market for a UTV, ask for John at Ardmore Outdoor Powersports.

So I get there thinking I'm only going to be paying $280 instead he said it took 5 extra hours to find the problem so now instead of me paying $280 I'm paying $580!!!! Smh never once got a phone call to check to see if it was okay to continue wasn't able to tell me what was wrong with it. And then just to top it all off my kickstand is broken and there was nothing wrong with it at all before I took it there. I'm always willing to give somebody a chance but once you screw me over that's it. I definitely would not take a bike they're not even my 2 year olds bicycle.
