I asked if they planned to look at my timing belt to confirm if it was cracked or I could delay the change, they said they visualized it (lies) & they assured me it needed to be changed because it was cracked (not cracked at removal @ different shop). This scumbags pro tips says, 5. Alignment Issues If you've noticed your car's ride has become notably less smooth in just a few months, it might be time for a trip to the auto shop. Don't fret over potentially costly repairs; a shaky or vibrating ride, especially at higher speeds, often stems from wheel or alignment issues. Even after a proper wheel alignment, wheels can gradually shift, influenced by normal wear and tear or sudden incidents like accidents or unexpected bumps. Realignment is a straightforward procedure best handled by professionals who can swiftly address the issue. See where I'm going with this? He said about $200 or less and it would take about 3-4 hours so I made an appointment for 9/3 2026 at 1:00 pm and told him I had my own Toyota Factory coolant. So i dropped it off an hour early to give them plenty of time. I called at 4:00 and they said they were just rolling it in so I waited until 6:30 and called and they were closed. I went down the next morning and they were going to charge me $350 but I told the lady he had quoted me as much as $200 so they lowered the bill to $200. I got home and figured they had not used my factory cooland and that the radiator was low and there was no coolant in the overflow tank. I filled it up with almost 3 quarts of coolant and decided they were not going to work on my car anymore. I don't know how they got the 4.8 rating they show on the website but beware of wortk done by them.
