These guys have ZERO clue to what they're doing, that belligerent idiot Nate especially. How is this guy managing ANYTHING in an industry he knows ZERO about?!!! I spent 12K on, what was supposed to be, a great sound system. THATS ENOUGH RIGHT?! Nope. Not by a long shot. I had several Bay Area companies and OR companies look at it and they ALL said it was a joke, that needed major corrections - Sound imbalanced with dead spots. - 2 way speakers installed and obviously, not the 3way needed ("they don't have 3way") - My BRAND NEW truck now with a bunch of scratches all over the new doors (they admitted guilt and have since reneged on fixing that, too) ZERO HONOR -lighting system that was sheit. $1200 for 1/2 not working and the other 1/2 too dim to read correctly Now, They're not fixing ANY of the issues, but if I want to bring it back in and pay an additional $4000, they say they can install what they promised the first time. HELL NO ARE THEY TOUCHING MY CAR EVER AGAIN. Dishonorable, unprofessional and ignorant in THEIR industry. They explained each plan and pricing and had recommendations based on my needs/wants. When I took it in for my appointment they were quick with the install and then when I went to pick it up they did a great job explaining how to use it, helped me get the app set up. I had purchased a remote start for my wife's vehicle along with installation. My buddy Joe that I used to work with highly recommended this place. I spoke with Patty, the owner, who took the time to explain all of the different options and prices. Made an appointment for installation on a Saturday. Was expecting at least a 4 hr installation job. It was done in less than 3 hrs. Received a phone call letting me know it was ready for pick up. Upon arriving, Patty explained how the system worked, along with features it came with. Also explained how to upgrade items if we decide later that we want it, or transferring the system to another vehicle if need be. Great customer service! Hoping to get one installed on my vehicle fairly quickly. Will definitely come back. read more

I made the appointment for Saturday, July 27th at 10:45 weeks in advance. They asked for all pertinent information about the vehicle at that time and when I showed up 5 minutes early on my appointment date they informed me it would take about 2 hours. I returned at 12:15 to see my car parked in the same spot. After asking if my car was done the clerk said she didn't know and several minutes later I saw it being driven into the garage. 2 hours and 2 minutes after that which can be verified by my receipt they finally finished my car. However, 2 days later on my way to work I could no longer get AM 1070 radio on the AM/FM CD player I bought from Audio Playground. Not only that, part of the dash dropped to the floor and would not stay in place. At that point I noticed another piece of the dash which wasn't visible to me behind the steering wheel had a crack in it. I called Audio Playground to inform them of my issues but hung up on the owner before explaining the extent of my issues after hearing crap about AM signals not being as strong as they use to be. Why did my old stereo and all the stereos in all the work vehicles I drive pick up AM? The owner refused to resolve the situation so I am taking them to small claims court. Crappy product, crappy service, crappy company. read more

Had an aux Jack installed in a factory stereo...seems simple enough. Was there for 4 hours longer than quoted and back for repair within an hour of leaving the lot. If you value quality workmanship this is not the place to go. Would give a fraction of a star if possible. Stay away read more
