In addition, we had an extremely tall overgrown tree where limbs were extending too close over our roof and electrical service lines. Rob was our point person. Came out and gave us a quote promptly. Workers arrived straightaway and dutifully cut down the shrubs and tree limbs in record time. They had to work on our neighbor's side, and conversed with him accordingly. Even the owner of American Tree came out to ensure proper handling of our job. We were so IMPRESSED! At completion, all debris was cleaned up and cleared. The property was so clean, It looked as though they were never here! EXCEPTIONAL job! EXTRAORDINARY service! We will definitely use this company again! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

City claims "they're not dead" so they will not trim them. However, the city guys did say that I could trim them at my own cost... gee, thanks. Anyhoo, my neighbor and I decided we would eat the cost of hiring a company to trim the branches as hurricane season is approaching. I spent 4 months calling different tree companies to try to get a quote and date to remove the branches, but I couldn't get anyone to show up! And most "companies" wanted cash up front, which I would never do. I got a referral from my HOA manager and called the number she gave me. I was skeptical but decided to give it one more go. Frank answered my call and came to my house the very same day to give me a (very fair) estimate. The estimate was professionally done and emailed that same night. Payment is, of course, due upon completion (no money "up front", which is a clear indication of rip off a-holes). The job was completed within 1 week of our first conversation! It would have been sooner, but weather gave a slight delay. The guys showed up on time, were exceptionally nice and professional, and cleaned up all the debris. Once the job was completed, I received a "paid in full" receipt via email. I highly recommend Frank and his crew!
