He did a good job the very first time he came out, which is why we reached back out and wanted to establish ongoing service. Unfortunately, after that, the communication became extremely poor. He was consistently bad at communicating messages went unanswered, plans weren't confirmed, and we never knew when or if he was actually coming. Then things escalated when he showed up unannounced one day and cut our grass without any communication at all. We had no idea he was coming, and it wasn't something we requested for that day. After doing the work unexpectedly, he then tried to charge us out of the blue as if this had been scheduled, even though he never told us he was coming. When we asked why there was no communication and why he was billing us for a service we didn't know was happening, he tried to blame us, saying we misunderstood or didn't follow up when in reality, he never sent a single message confirming anything. This was especially frustrating because the lack of communication was entirely on his end. On top of that, he canceled an appointment and later tried to up-charge us from the original quote, even though nothing about the job had changed. It felt unprofessional and unreliable, especially for someone we were trying to trust with ongoing work. Overall, if you want clear communication and reliability, I would look elsewhere

I reached out because I needed a consistent lawn service and I also had a small tree fall during a storm. I was very honest about what I needed. No wrrkly moving, weeding, cleaning up a bit of flower beds and then the one time tree removal. I was set up with the service, quoted, and I said that if the tree was more to just let me know. First service came. Lawn was okay, not great but acceptable and within HOA guidelines. Bradley Rand my door and said his saw was broken and that he would take care of the tree next time. Fine. HOA wouldn't like it but I understood. Fast forward to today. I get a message he's on the way. Three hours later, I get an email canceling the service because the tree was to big! Keep in mind he had been to my property and talked to me about the tree. He was not there a second time, just put in a cancelation. Didn't talk to me about it. Didn't try to negotiate a different rate. Called into the customer service and had them cancel like it was news to him and he was here. Lies. Horrible and unreliable I wouldn't trust them to take care of anything on your property.

I had my HOA destroy my yard 5 years ago and need to have an outside company do my yard. I am very picky about my yard and the job has been so excellent, I can't even express it. I recommended them to another house in my HOA because the "HOA lawncare provider" just destroys the yards. The whole team makes our yards look great compared to others in the neighborhood. I love they will NOT mow when the ground is too wet and always listen to the customer. I am so elated and appreciative for this local small business!!!!!!!

We hired Jacob when he was working in the Seattle area about 3 yrs ago. Just a couple weeks after…read morehe finished the work we noticed that the fence was already falling apart and that he had not even fastened the brackets holding the fence together with screws or nails. Many of the top cross pieces on the arbor sections have fallen off. Most of the fence sections have pulled away from the posts and will need to be replaced. We spent $20K on this fence. When I contacted Jacob a couple weeks after he finished the job he said he had moved to Florida and that I should call another fence company about his shoddy work. I would not recommend his company. He did a terrible job and then left town.

We also pre-paid Jacob like our neighbor to mow our yard while out of town. Unfortunately we have not received the number of mows we paid for and now he has gone dark and unresponsive. Not a good way to set up your business practice. If anyone thinks to check Yelp for reviews on Jacob - you might want to re-consider having him do anything for you unless you can afford to pay and not get any results!Up
