He was fast, thorough, and gave an estimate immediately following the visit in writing. When we wanted to move forward with the service, he was able to schedule us the next day! His team showed up early, and immediately got to work. There were ten+ people that came - and each had a role to play. In less than two hours, they were able to disassemble the massive dying tree we had. They ground the stump all the way down, and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. Our kids (and the grownups that are our neighbors behind us!) - all watched in absolute AWE. They were SO precise - large branches came falling only to be caught by suspension ropes - the maneuvered our shed, the fence, and other landscape obstacles with ease!
