Bakery items look great. Breakfast menu didn't show any bagels, which are a staple on any breakfast menus. No breakfast sandwiches available either. It took almost an hour to get our food! The food tasted good but the wait was too long. read more

I came with my boyfriend's family for a reunion. We had a private room. The service was friendly and food was good and reasonably priced. There is a good selection on the menu, something for everyone. It's amazing but for the area, it's a pretty good spot to go eat. I definitely recommend coming here. read more

Simple and delicious. I got a salad, there were lots of salads on the menu. With or without your choice of meat. I had mine with shrimp. My son had a kids meal cheeseburger and french fries for only $5 and their slice of chocolate cake for dessert was huge. He did not eat it all. I myself had the banana cream pie top with fresh bananas and whipped cream. Delicious I'm so full I can barely walk. Very classy looking place and the service was very friendly from every waiteress that had past by not just ours. Even the bathrooms are very classy. I was in such a hurry to eat that we didn't even take pictures of our food. It came out very fast. read more

They have a variety something for everyone, Salads, Beef Gyros, Burgers, but my personal favorite is the Pot roast Grille cheese for lunch and the attached Bakery While they're in season try the pumpkin Cookies you can't just eat.one, if pumpkins not your thing, the Raspberry shortbread cookies are delicious, and I'm not big on "raspberry anything" Haven't been there for dinner yet, so don't know what to recommend, but if lunch is this tasty, Ill be going there soon. This is a very cute, clean and friendly spot in Tunkhannock. I got their warm winter salad, which has very fresh greens, and deliciously cooked butternut squash and beets, with a bunch of grains sprinkled on top. That combo gives a nice variety of tastes and textures, crisp, a little crunchy, along with the squash and beets. If I could add a 6th star, I would for their in-house bakery counter. Everything is homemade from scratch, and you can tell it is. Delicious pastries, great cake icing with perfect texture, and yummy cookies. I got a piece of the coconut cream cake (not pie, cake). We were visiting the area and needed a good place to eat. This restaurant did not disappoint! It was well decorated clean and cozy! I had the meatloaf which was like home! You could tell it was homemade along with the gravy! My hubby had bang bang shrimp and he also stated the same! But you really need to try the bacon dip that comes with the bottleneck fries! WoW. I wouldn't have thunk it... Tunkhannock has a hidden gem. We were out for a rainy drive and drove by this little restaurant. After looking on yelp for restaurants and reading reviews, settled on giving Towne & Country Grille a try. Very very pleased we did. We like for our 1 yr old to eat real food (nothing processed). Homemade chicken noodle soup, the noodles were homemade. Seriously this couldn't have been a better find for use. Our daughter ate the whole cup. I enjoyed a turkey melt with brie and a cranberry sauce. Amazing!!! My husband has a pot roast sandwich. Service was fast and the place was very clean. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stop in. read more

Food was OK. I liked mine - pot roast, mashed potatoes and gravy, carrots, and coleslaw. Hubs thought the meatloaf was under seasoned & bland. I tried it and he's right. Little flavor. What's not to like? The site is beautifully landscaped, the dining room is crisp, clean and well lit. Very creative wall murals. Staff is sharp, warm and competent.
