Great service, tasty food, and convenient location! The decor is a bit lacking, and we unfortunately sat in the booth right next to the dehumidifier, so it was a bit steamy, but the food was delish! I enjoyed a cup of crab soup and the red beet hummus plate, and friends inhaled the cheese steak and (new to me) the Cobb salad panini. A very nice visit, and we will return when we're back in the area. read more

I was so disappointed with this place :/ I asked the waitress to cook my "vegan" panini in a clean dish, separate from the rest of the food to avoid possible food allergens. She agreed When the food came out, I noticed there was a hair on one half of my sandwich. Because the food took 20+ minutes to come and I was STARVING, I decided to eat the other half of the sandwich. As I bite into the second half of the sandwich, I notice what seems to be a rigatoni noodle? I cannot make this up, there was a cooked rigatoni noodle in my food. Red flag. I inspected the whole sandwich To my surprise, not only was there a piece of hair and a cooked noodle in my sandwich, but there were also beef crumbles!!!!! I cannot make this up. I was heated. I felt disrespected by this restaurant. I specifically asked that my food be cooked in a separate pot to avoid this and the chef and waitress agreed. I was offered to have my order taken off but nothing could make up for this disappointment. As a vegan I won't be going back, but it should my noted that my companion had wings and enjoyed them! read more

Great spot to stop! So nice to skip the fast food chains. We were even able to enjoy the weather and sit outside at the picnic tables! Our server Amy was lovely and friendly, food came out quickly and was tasty, and prices were fair. Kid menu had a bunch of options for $5.75. The steak on my salad was cooked just as I'd ordered it. They have homemade ranch dressing (yum!) and my wife's turkey club came house made chips! If you're looking for a place to eat while traveling through, this is the place to go! read more

Stopped in here while Passing through the area. The inside was clean, our server was super friendly, always had a smile and got the order correct. I ordered a burger medium rare and holy crap, for the first time I'm at least a year, I got a medium rare burger. Every time we're in there, the service sucks. We do not go there anymore because of the service and the last time we had food in there it was burnt some of it and some of it wasn't even cooked correctly. So glad we found this gem! It's nothing fancy on the inside but the food is absolutely amazing. The seafood bisque soup is definitely homemade and so good. We both had the prime rib special. It was the most tender prime we ever had. It was so juicy and flavorful. The grilled squash was tasty. This will now be our go to when we are in the Tunkhannock area. I also always judge a restaurant on the cleanliness of their bathroom. It was very clean as was the dining area. Because of the bypass this place is easy to miss. Avoid it, take the scenic route and enjoy! read more

I have never been at this restaurant before, so I decided to try it out. A little girl that served me and the person that I was with took our drinks, which I thought was cute but was a little weird. Next, came the food. The mashed potatoes that I got tasted like somebody took a baked potato and scooped the insides out and plopped them on the plate. The shrimp mac and cheese that I got with my mashed potatoes was good but several hours later, they turned out to not be too good. Enough said there. At least I tried a new place, but I would never go there again just to spare my insides. read more

I've eaten here a few times and it is always pretty good although it seems like every once in a while your food is just undercooked. Depends what cook you get maybe. I got salmon as a take out order and it was raw inside, like I'm not kidding that mfer was dead cold in the middle. If I hooked jumper cables on it thing would have started swimming around. I walked in at 20 till 8 and the two ladies working were extremely inviting telling me not to worry that it was close to closing. Was a very pleasant experience and the peanut butter mousse pie. Todd and Rachel's is fabulous. I love the burgers. The hoagies are excellent as well. I go there often. I always have great service and an equally delicious meal. My son and husband love this restaurant too. I have enjoyed lunches with my sister, my mom and my best friend. The staff are pleasant, respectful and friendly. The restaurant is clean and well taken care of as well as the restrooms. There is plenty of parking and you can sit outside to eat too. read more

This was my first visit to this place. The service was terrible. We had to get our own menus. We had to go ask where the waitress was. She came and took our order and then dropped off our waters without straws. We waited about 40 min for our food. She dropped it and walked away. We had to get the bus girl to bring us a refill on water. Then we had to track the waitress down again for the check. The food was great. I would have given 5 stars if the service was there. I may try again and see if it was just the waitress and not the establishment. read more

I stopped by on the way home from a weekend in the Endless Mountains, looked at Yelp for a quick bite to eat and stumbled on Todd + Rachel's. Good solid food with a fun twist. I ordered the Harvest wrap and was surprising please with the ingredients - real turkey, good bacon and what was the best part was the maple mayo! The house made chips were perfectly cooked. I took 1/2 the sandwich home and it reheated perfectly. I also ordered the PB and apple to go. Great combination and again it reheated perfectly. The restaurant is open (you don't feel crowded), waitress was very helpful and friendly and the noise level (even when it was full) was low. Next time I'll spend a little more time looking at the handmade item on the shelf as you walk in. Do yourself as favor, get a to-go box and try one of their desserts. read more

Well I'm not a fan of giving bad reviews bc I'm not a fan of wasting my money on bad food. This a newer restaurant and not a chain. That's why I picked it. At first glance the place is very clean and the ppl are nice. The menu options are impressive. Ordered my little one a grill cheese, which I never order bc she normally can just eat my meal. The cheese on said sandwich was fake cheese (that's a no no) plus 1/4 the sandwich didn't even have cheese on it. The Veg paninis caught my eye (grilled veggies with spinach, black bean hummus and Gouda cheese.) sounded awesome. But the green bean, carrot and a thinly sad looking onion with a tbsp size mashed black bean (which by the way, mashing a bean doesn't made it hummus) and a slice of deli Gouda cheese. The cheese didn't even fill the whole sandwich. Yes I ate it but I was hungry but ugh nasty My husband order a orchard burger. Burger with sliced apple and cheddar cheese. Burger was overcooked. The thought of this burger was more appetizing then the actually burger. To the cook: if you don't love cooking, don't cook. When making a meal, don't be cheap on the food you put into it. I love to see local restaurants succeed but I do not foresee it happening. I will recommend the unsweetened ice tea. That was cold and tasty. So they have that going for them. read more

Not impressed at all with this restaurant. The menu items sound delicious and then they get to your table. I ordered crab bisque with was bland tasteless and that was not real crab in the bisque. The entree I ordered was crab macaroni and cheese and again bland, tasteless and not real crab- it almost tasted like ham! It was basically dry, 1/2 cooked macaroni with cheese sparsely painted on it with whatever that was on top- but it wasn't crab- for $16.95!!! I felt robbed and only ate a small portion of the meal and didn't ask for a doggy bag because I don't think my dog would eat it! I left a bit sick to my stomach from whatever that fake crab really was. Don't bother eating here. I thought it was going to be a gourmet treat and it was a culinary disaster that FEMA wouldn't give aid to! Lol read more

We stopped here for a little Sunday lunch today. It's a cozy, little joint with a modern feel to it. Everything is super clean and the wait staff was friendly, prompt and courteous. Our table ordered burgers which came out perfectly cooked with a large side of crispy, seasoned fries. An order of a special feature was also had of chicken and waffles. If you find chicken and waffles on the menu or special board here, you simply must order it! Wow! Moist, perfectly breaded and crisp chicken breast on top of a homemade, Belgian style waffle with a delicate sweet and savory sauce that will wow your pallet! Highly recommend!
