Over the summer I had her alter a bridesmaids dress for me. The dress had to be taken in multiple sizes along with other alterations in the straps and bust. The price was very reasonable given the amount of work that needed done and she got the dress back to me very quickly. I have also had men's slacks hemmed by her and it was very reasonable and quick as well. I will use this business any time I need a seamstress.

I have used this place several times, but the biggest job to date was my daughter's $600 prom…read moredress. She stepped on the tail of the dress while taking pictures and tore a hole in it. I was able to pin it for prom, but I took it to the sweet lady at NCH Custom Tailors and asked her to cut the tail off and make the dress the same length all the way around. This dress was covered with sequins and tiny beads, which made it difficult to work with. It took several weeks, but the dress looks as good as new and is hanging in the closet waiting for it's future owner. Maybe my daughter will wear it again one day.

However they took me in and got me scheduled super fast. Each lady I worked with was so kind and helpful. They made sure I was comfortable and happy, no matter what. They were very patient with me too, at first I was a little nervous about my wedding dress because I didn't know what to expect but they exceeded my expectations! I also took my bridesmaid dress to them and they helped me out so much and made sure it fit. Overall, wonderful service, amazing workers, and a very neat and tidy shop! No need for that admonition from the cashier. A simple, "It is Prom time, we are backed up terribly and are unable to meet your deadline," would have been acceptable. I may return, but my wife took her pants back to the store and will wait 7-10 days and save $70.00 on alteration fees, and receive outstanding customer service.
