Tom went down and opened the shop for me and another gentleman that had the same problem. Prior to my training session, I sent Naomi a list of ammo and other items that I wanted to purchase for the session. When I arrived, Naomi already had my entire order perfectly organized in a box and ready to go. I was super lucky to have Dave as my instructor. The class session was very informative and focused on topics that actually mattered. The range session was really where Dave really separated himself from the pack. Training sessions that I have previously done with other instructors were very basic and focused on standing still and aiming at a paper target. Dave takes a much more tactical approach. By the end of my training, I felt very comfortable drawing from a holster and shooting while moving, even with distractions. This training was worth every penny. AARON D, I…read moreapologize for my lack of communication. We typically have 2 of us working in customs. One of us does the work on the guns and the other takes care of consultation/communication. He was out for surgery for quite a while. That can lead to delayed responses since I'm trying to finish the gun work and also trying to keep up with the mass amounts of emails and calls. Not an excuse, just not enough hours in the day to do both all on my own with as busy as we've become. We don't quote "maximum" lead times. All lead time are an estimate because things can happen in the shop/gun store. We also do our best to not rush through the work and compromise the quality of the work it self. Custom work should not be rushed. I do apologize that we had your gun for 13 days. You picked it up mid week, there was no way for me to finish it till the following week due to the way our schedule at the shop works. I also would like to apologize for my less than professional attitude. Sometimes it can be hard to respond to people in a positive manor when you feel like you're being talked down to. It's our job in a retail/service based profession to maintain a professional and positive attitude and I admit my failure to do so.
