    Bacon Jam Smash Burger
    Guillermo G.

Came here for lunch after arriving from Culebra. It was a quiet and lazy afternoon. Good for enjoying the view of the Marina and sipping on a beer or cocktail. My wife and I decided to go with bushwackers. They make good bushwackers here. My son let me take a bite out of the pastelillo (empanada) stuffed with beef, cheese, and sweet plantains. It was packed with meat. Tasty. I was in the mood for a burger and got the Bacon Jam burger; my wife ordered the fish tacos. The Bacon Jam burger is a smash burger with two patties, bacon jam, cheese aioli, and chopped caramelized onions. I liked it. It hit the spot and was filling. I would have liked it better if it had more bacon jam so eat bite would have a hit of sweetness. I got it with a side of tostones, which were nice a crispy. The fish tacos were also pretty good. I don't know how it gets in the evening or if it's usually quiet for lunch but it was nice and relaxing.

Restaurant right in the Puerto Chicho Marina. Great food, service pretty slow. Seating on the marina and roof top seating overseeing the marina made the place enticing. Spacious. My skirt steak was amazing, so tender and full of flavor.

I was impressed and very satisfied with our service. This was our first time visiting this restaurant. I made reservations weeks in advance for my daughter's 15th birthday. The waiter was very helpful in providing a cake and candle, and singing "happy birthday" at the end of our meal. He was the perfect ending For her special day. The food was beyond delicious. Perfect potions, and the place was very clean. It was not too loud nor busy. The wait for our food was not long either. I hope to come back and eat here again.

Restaurant in the marina with a nice view of the boats. They also have a rooftop bar. Cool breeze. I liked the fish tacos and the bushwacker was delicious.

    Rey the bartender

At Sábalo, the entire atmosphere shifts the moment you sit at the bar with Rey. It's not just about the drinks it's his energy. Calm, magnetic, effortlessly refined. He brings a quiet confidence that makes everything feel elevated without ever trying too hard. You feel it immediately like the night just leveled up. Rey has this rare presence where everything flows smoother around him. Conversations, timing, the entire vibe it all syncs. The drinks are flawless, but it's his aura that makes the experience unforgettable. Sit at the bar. You'll understand.

The food was very tasty, specially the appetizers. The entree fish was delicious, however I found the coconut rice to be a little hard and cold. The service was great. The waitress was very nice and informative as we asked about places around town

The location is great, but the service was mediocre and the food way overpriced. I would not come here again.

Charged $50 to grill fish we brought in with tortillas and pico de gallo. Felt like a borderline predatory practice targeting Americans.

The passion fruit mojito was so refreshing and generously sized. My husband and I ordered the tuna tartare and the seafood mariscos--both dishes were generous portions and absolutely delicious. Eduardo, our waiter, was very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed talking with him about the local area. On our way out, we were greeted by Ferdinand, who helped us cross the road. He also had a lot of knowledge about the area. If you stop by this spot, make sure you have a chat with these friendly staff members--they are a wealth of information.

Okeah delivered with delicious food and nice cold drinks. We started off with the snapper ceviche. You could taste the freshness in the snapper and had delicious flavor. My boyfriend ordered the personal paella. It was packed with so much flavor and seafood variations. I was just craving regular rice and beans with pana tostones and they had ALL of these options on the menu. You could taste the freshness in the beans and could tell they were cooked authentically. Definitely hit the spot for what we were craving our first night in PR! Not to mention the gorgeous view of the ocean while dining!

They accommodated our big group perfectly, and the entire staff handled the seating and service without a single hiccup. When we arrived, our table was ready and made it easy for everyone to talk and enjoy the evening together. We kicked off the night with classic cocktails cultivated by our bartender, Samuel. The mixed drinks were nicely complimented with the coconut bread, fried cheese and an absolutely phenomenal tuna tartare which set the bar incredibly high for the rest of the meal. The absolute highlight of the night was bringing in our own freshly caught fish, a king mackerel. Reservation is highly recommended if you plan to do this. The kitchen prepared it three ways for us--into the most vibrant, citrusy ceviche, incredible fish tacos and seared mackerel steaks to absolute perfection. The multiple styles blew us away and tasted unbelievably fresh. Every other dish we ordered were equally spectacular. The Peruvian fried rice was packed with flavor and the octopus was perfectly tender. You can't leave PR without trying the plantains, which added the perfect touch of sweetness to our culinary smorgasbord. Our server, Johaneyshka was incredibly attentive and kept the entire evening running smoothly. To top it all off, the owner, Jose personally came out to our table to talk with us. He was super nice, deeply knowledgeable, and incredibly well-versed in the food and flavors. He shared his passion for a cuisine that nurtures the soul, fills the belly, and brings his culture to life, revealing it as the driving force behind his restaurant. That personal touch made our night feel truly special. If you are looking for a top-tier, local spot that blends Puerto Rican flavors with a Peruvian cuisine, cozy group dining, a place that will masterfully prepare your own catch, and treat you like family, Pézkame is an absolute must-visit in Puerto Rico!

Everything we ordered was excellent--the fish tacos, ceviche, pollo chaufa, lomo saltado, and shrimp huancaína did not disappoint. Every dish was flavorful and genuinely delicious. We'd definitely come back! One minor negative was some nickel-and-diming on extras. When we asked for water for the table, we were brought five $2 bottles rather than tap water. We were also charged $1.50 for a tiny takeout container of hot sauce--about a ketchup packet's worth--to go with our two orders of fish tacos. Neither charge was mentioned when we asked. Not a big deal given how much we enjoyed the meal, but something to be aware of.
