That is very rare in this day and age, and generally I've found disgruntled people who would create fake accounts in order to post multiple reviews about a company as completely unreliable individuals altogether so I typically disregard their opinion as clearly they are just angry individuals who are impossible to satisfy. *I neither own this business or work there, but have sought an assessment from them and found them to be very easy to work with

Undaunted - I call a 3rd time - explain the situation to the secretary who transfers me to a "named" voice mail who calls back. An appointment is made - the company rep shows up. Upon entering rep comes up with "Hey - Do I know you - you look familiar" (Oh Boy). After 45min of house review rep comes up with a pricey verbal quote. I make the proper request for a written quote sent via e-mail. He responds - "No problem - give me 24hrs / 48hrs tops". 3 days pass - I call the rep. - the secretary transfers me to his voice mail - I leave polite message. No one calls...never a proposal. Can you image hiring these "Specialists" and trying to get a response if needed?

Paid over $700 for that key, the genuine key from my dealership, with THE CORRECT programming for a key that actually worked was $500. They wouldn't issue a refund. Terrible company.

Tom was on time, patiently understanding my frustration with the situation. Within no time he was able to make a key from my car I not only he kept his number but when you I was telling you people about the service and how pleased I was with the gentleman that they sent over, they asked me for the name of the company since they need a good locksmith, in case of an emergency. Tom was very polite and professional, and I felt safe with him. Late at night. I hope I am never in this position again. But if I am, I know what I will be doing. Mitchell came to my home and we spent hours designing a system including not only all of the typical stuff such as door and window sensors and motion detectors, but also glass break monitors and water alarms for the laundry room and sump pump areas. Mitchell did not "sell" any of this stuff to me. I asked for it and we designed an excellent system together. The reason that I am writing the review today is because this is the first time that I have spoken to Mitchell in over two years. I received an alert on my control pad that a battery was low and I didn't know which device needed the new battery. I called Mitchell on his cell phone. He picked up on the second ring. I had the battery in a drawer and he identified the device and walked me through the battery change over the phone. This tells you a couple of things: 1. The equipment that Mitchell sold to me over 2 years ago works without issue. I literally have had not spoken to him in over 2 years because I have NEVER had a problem. My big problem today was that I needed a new battery. I'm OK with that. 2. Mitchell answers his phone. He is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Mitchell is a good guy. He knows what he is doing and he sells good stuff. I recommend him without hesitation.
