Tom and his team were fantastic. Provided me with a great TV/AV setup across two rooms as well as improving my network and installing Smart Thermostats. The entire work was reasonably priced and am delighted with the results - we now have an awesome TV setup with beautiful Sonos sound. The guys installing were helpful and and did a thorough job. After they finished I noticed one thermostat wasn't working properly and Tom got them back the next morning to fix (minor wiring issue). With my kids taking online classes my current internet dropped them from their classes multiple times during a single class!! Approximately 4 years ago, I remodeled a luxury condo. I initially used a "one man shop" that got halfway done and then stopped coming. I called the ADR team (referred by my designer. I can't make write enough positive enough comments. They were professional, prompt and courteous. I worked closely with both Jaron (day to day in the apartment) and Tom. I've had minor maintenance issues and upgrades over time and they are always quick to respond and make changes. The TV purchased for me was supposed to come with what is called a Connect One box, so that instead of plugging everything into the back of your TV, you can use this box and avoid the clutter. When I had asked where it was, Tom told me it was behind the TV, which, BTW, is where Samsung tells you to never put it. Well, I had the TV taken off the wall to remove that box, so that the installation would be proper and I could hook up a DVD player, and guess what? No box. He never provided it, so now if I want to have a proper installation, I would have to spend close to $200 to purchase another one. We used ADR to install multiple televisions with inferred repeaters and some IT networking projects. These guys know what they are doing. I consider myself a bit of a techy guy and I did my research and ADR exceeded my expectations. They were able to to solve all my issues and had great ideas and innovations I would have never thought of.
