Turner's 6 Week Challenge is a great program for jumpstarting a healthier lifestyle. I was so out of the habit of cooking my own meals, but the meal plan and recipe book helped me get back into the groove of preparing my own meals, and the dishes are actually good and there's variety (i.e. you're not meal-prepping chicken, broccoli and rice). The workouts/gym/trainers are great too. I've never been into high-intensity anything, so honestly, I'm shocked that I love it so much lol it's a great community and the trainers are really down to earth and friendly (i.e. no screaming in your face, no guilt trips, etc.). They're not breathing down your neck and micro-managing you when it comes to making it to the gym. They give you the space to be responsible for yourself which is much more my style. The specific instances that have really made this a five-star review for me: - I sprained my ankle at the gym at the end of week 3 and they handled it very professionally. The trainer (LiErin) stopped everything, ran and grabbed me an ice pack immediately and offered to drive me to the urgent care herself. I was worried about where this would put me in the challenge and how we would move forward, and Turner worked with me and we figured out a very proactive solution that made me comfortable. I came back to class with a boot on and the trainers customized each movement for me so that we were focusing on back/upper body. At the end of my challenge, which I was on through the holidays AND with a sprained ankle, I lost 10 pounds. I'm still super proud of that progress with all things considered. - The way they've handled the Coronavirus. The gym is closed but Turner and his team are sharing at-home workouts and even Facebook Live Streaming workouts. It's clear that they're still focused on their members getting their workouts in a safe way, and I'm really impressed by that. All in all, this is a great small business gym that is really easy to weave into your routine and lifestyle :)

They certainly make you laugh, while internally a large part of you is screaming & another part is plotting pizza. I enjoy being apart of a class, where you have your own space & aren't fighting for the 'good shit'. When it's not all, running fast as you can & burpees... although burpees, happen. The stations change often & most of the time, it's an unfamiliar movement, thus boredom isn't an issue. Excited for the day, we use the tires. Long story short- give this gym a chance. Level up!!

The gym is super convenient, located on the corner of Main and South Country in Frisco, and it has off-street parking in the garage behind the gym. The facility is well-stocked, organized, and clean. There's a small area to the left of the entrance where you can buy merchandise, seating to the right with cubbies for your belongings, and the group workout room is to the far right. The group workout room has 12 bays, each with its own small area and equipment for the class. Outlaw also offers Personal Training for individuals, couples, and groups in the open gym area at the back of the building. Plus, there are cubbies, a scale, and other body metric tracking equipment in the back of the gym, next to the workout area. There are also two restrooms nearby, and a Flow station water machine to refill your water bottles with cool, filtered water. I've taken the group class myself, and it really gets the heart pumping! If you're someone who finds long, slow workouts a bit dull, this class might just be your thing. The trainer guides everyone through the moves and keeps the energy up by counting down the time to the next one. I was surprised how much I got out of a 30-minute session as it felt like I was actually working hard and not just sitting around. Plus, it didn't feel like it was dragging on, which is great for someone who's just starting to get back into strength training. After class, I got a high-protein snack and a friendly reminder to drink water. I've also had the chance to work with a personal trainer, and Paul is fantastic! He's patient, knows his stuff, and always encourages you. I really loved learning why we do the exercises the way we do. He takes his time, explains things clearly, and gently pushes you to try things you thought you couldn't do by offering modifications that make it easier. I left feeling both worked out and empowered, with a real sense of accomplishment. Instead of feeling defeated, I wake up excited to go to the gym because I know I'm in good hands with my trainer. Lydia, the owner, is also very sweet and always encouraging, working hard to make everyone feel like they're part of a team. Everyone I've met, from the staff to the customers, has been friendly and supportive. Overall, I'd say this gym has been one of the best I've been to in a while.

I injured my leg about a year ago and I have never gotten so much relief from a therapy session. I've had about 5 sessions now and my limp is almost totally gone. Kylene got interested when she was injured. After recovery she decided that she wanted to be a person that helped people with injury and dedicated her life to studying ways to heal and maintain good physical condition. She uses the "Rossiter Method". A little bizarre as she massages with the heel of her foot but the results speak for themselves. I am a true believer. Before seeing her I could barely walk.
