It's refreshing to work with a company who cares, communicates well, does awesome work and is affordable. Sean O. came out to bid a project of blowing out and scoping our downspouts for our gutters. Long story short our builder did a terrible job and our drainage needed to be completely redone. Sean and his team were great to with from start to finish. After evaluating what needed to be done, he gave me a bid right there with options and suggestions to get the project done and I scheduled at the same time. They were back in two days to get the job going. His team evaluated, bid and COMPLETED the job before I got one of the other bids from a company in town. Sean showed me progress pictures and videos along the way. If I had a question or thought on what was going on he took the time out to review it and made sure I completely understood. I would highly recommend Sean and Plumbing Solutions for any plumbing or water related problem.

He was unable to find the cause or correct the problem. He referred us to someone with equipment more specific to our needs. He didn't charge us anything because he couldn't fix our overflow. I was sharing this with a family member staying with us from out of state. Their comment was, you know you have a plumbing company with integrity, when they are honest enough to tell you they couldn't fix the drain. This family member had no idea that the name of the company is INTEGERTY. Thank you...

It leaked again on second use and they repaired it, then tried to slap with us with a $600+ service fee. We used it twice, and it leaked both times and WE have to pay for that? Attached is a picture of the leak and the message I sent them. They are a fine company as far as showing up and doing the work, but anyone can do that- integrity comes out in the customer service provided. I emailed the owner twice, and the angry gatekeeper (who hung up on me) told me that she spoke to him and they will not reverse the charge. He doesn't even have the integrity to call an unhappy customer. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

They've helped me through everything: mysterious gas leaks that seemed straight out of a detective novel, outdoor water supply issues that defied logic (or at least standard building codes), brand-new indoor fixtures, and the less glamorous--but absolutely essential--regular maintenance. Through all of it, they've been consistently professional and responsive, ... even when the situation was anything but. What really stands out is their reliability. When something goes wrong in your home, you want someone who shows up when they say they will, explains things clearly, and fixes the problem without drama. That's exactly what they do. No upselling, no nonsense--just solid, honest work. If you're looking for a team that can handle the routine, the ridiculous, and everything in between, you won't find better. At this point, I trust them with my pipes, my air, and probably my sanity. I might have to name a child after them. Highly recommended!!

I couldn't have asked for better service or for a better result. Jeremy's actions ensured we had hot water throughout the repair process.
