Fast response over the phone support from Seattle Washington. Rahul is very helpful and super nice with troubleshooting access point issues.

I was greeted by the scheduler who put me in queue for the next tech. The wait was about 15 minutes on a Saturday morning. The tech, Tony, was fabulous and took time to answer all my questions about installation, made sure I had the right Xfinity app on my cell phone to activate the system while everything is down during activation. I also observed him help 2 other people and he was just as thorough and helpful. I have completed the install and just have to return the old equipment to the store. Highly recommended. The online help and live chat help on the Xfinity log in page is horrible by comparison, and would have cost me a $50 increase in monthly fees if I hadn't seen the fine print on the contract they texted me for the free modem replacement and halted that process.

The employees are nice enough, but have no idea about their products. They seem to do okay with…read moreWIFI, but each time I left there I ended up owing hundreds of my dollars on my Xfinity Mobile bill, because someone at the store did something wrong. And, you can argue on the phone until your dead and they don't help. So basically this store cost me around $600 that I didn't actually owe. Never get Xfinity Mobile ever ever ever! It is better to pay more for any other service....Cricket, Mint Mobile.....anything. And if you have a choice for WIFI I would bypass that as well. Just can't trust them and they don't care.

I didn't want to use Xfinity or AT&T (although Provide.net uses AT&T to provide their service) because I didn't want to be locked in a contract. I am month-to-month. At the beginning of my service, I bought a modem/router for $100 straight from Provide.net. This is great bc I do not pay a rental fee for the modem. I own it and it hasn't outdated in 3 years and I am sure I will get many more years out of it. My service costs me $40 a month. I pay every 3 months at once (this is how they do their billing) but that is fine for me. The service is DSL, but I see no difference between that and fiber/cable, which I have used in the past. Zero difference! So why pay more? I am streaming Netflix on one or two devices at the same time and someone else is probably using the Internet in the house too. The speed is fast. Everyone can do what they need to do. Also, in 3 years, I haven't had bouts of lost connection. The Internet is always working fine. It is 100% reliable. I am thankful for Provide.net because I can walk right into their storefront on Hewitt 10 minutes from my house and talk to a real human if I ever needed, which I don't, but I could. They are also not like corporate Xfinity puppet people, who totally suck! They are real guys who are totally upfront and casual to talk with. I'm never leaving Provide.net and highly recommend it to home Internet users.

Matthew at the Ann Arbor store location helped us achieve all the items on our checklist to set up new pin, auto pay, add authorized users, change contact info. The Verizon employee also added a veterans discount which wasn't on the plan before. My father showed his VA card or you can show if it's on your driver's license. Getting a new pin set up is free. But there is a $30 fee if you have them assist with all that we have mentioned above. It was worth it as the process can take longer w senior citizens. Matthew showed amazing patience and we greatly appreciate his assistance.

I have spent ten hours trying to find out from Verizon why my paid for phone is still locked and I get nowhere. Verizon treats its customers really badly and I will never use them as a carrier. The only way they can make this right is unlock my phone so I can switch carriers. Verizon is a very dishonest company and I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau.
