In regards to the specific service, it was a whole house cleaning (2000ish square feet) before listing the property for sale. I feel good about how the house turned out, and I'm confident that I won't need to do any spot touchups before the listing.

She also refuses to let her housekeepers clean based on the homeowner's requests; they are only allowed to stick to a very basic light cleaning for the price. If I need anything not on Kanika's list, she will charge you an extra $100 even if it takes the same amount of time as any other items. I stayed a monthly customer for 2 years because of Rosa (not Kanika) and then when Rosa was on vacation and Kanika was covering for her, Kanika no-showed for my cleaning 2 times in a row! Then she tells me by text, at the last minute, she is no longer able to service my house anymore. No reason and no apology or offer to refer me elsewhere. Unprofessional.

Erin has been cleaning my home for a couple of years now. She is extremely professional, communicative, and takes the time to do some of the little things that larger service providers won't do. Early on during the initial months of service she noted things she could do outside the norm to fulfill our agreement when her time wasn't being taxed (I am apparently not as messy as I thought I was). It was that level of honesty and pride in ones work ethic that sealed the deal for me. She accommodates schedules when possible and even checked up on a pet for me for a very reasonable rate during a vacation. Erin's rates are neither cheap nor expensive. What you get is excellent service for your money at a fair market rate. If you are the kind of person who works hard, plays hard, and doesn't look forward to weekly housecleaning...you should set up an appointment and give her a shot.

I was told when they were going, when they were finished, and given photos showing the completed work. It is obvious that they put the costumer first and value building a relationship. I have been looking for a cleaning company that can get the job done every job for a long time. Safe to say I recommend them tremendously.

When I found Home Cleaning Home on Yelp through their very high reviews and Yelp guarantee, I was willing to take a chance! I reached out through Yelp and Vina (the Owner) responded same-day and quite quickly I booked our first cleaning for the following week. The plan was to have an initial cleaning and if all went well, we'd continue to have monthly cleanings. On day of cleaning, Vina arrived right on time and did a walk through to assess the level of cleaning needed for the first time, set expectations, and discuss pricing and scheduling. Vina's very professional and everything discussed sounded reasonable. Vina determined a deep cleaning would be necessary for the 1st time and the additional cleaning of the inside of the stove was quoted as well. Vina left and the two cleaners came in with all their supplies and got to work right away. Around 3 hours later, the cleaners were all done and our 2-story approx 1,800sqft house was immaculate and smelling fresh and clean. I text Vina to arrange payment which we agreed to complete via Zelle. Then, we set up a plan for Vina to text me at the beginning of each month to schedule the month's cleaning. April 1st Vina text me and we scheduled April's cleaning for the following week with a tentative timeframe. Day before, Vina text me to confirm the exact time. Day of cleaning, the same 2 cleaners came a few minutes after the scheduled time and same as before brought their supplies in and got right to work. Two hours later, they were done and the house was just as clean as the 1st time. My husband and I have both been very pleased with Home Cleaning Home service and are so glad we found them! Pricing for our size home (2-story, 3 bed, 3 bath, 1,800sqft) is $250/month and although it's significantly more expensive than a friend pays for her house cleaning, we feel it's worth it and that cleaners deserve to be paid a living wage so we're happy. I'd recommend Home Cleaning Home to anyone in the Sacramento area looking for cleaners for one-time or consistently.

We asked them to scrub the walls to get the dirt and grime off and the walls looked like they had zero elbow grease put into them. Again, just like they had barely put some product onto the wall but didn't actually scrub anything off the wall. Would not recommend this service, as they finished a 1700 sq foot house in 2 hours.

I sent my request on Yelp and T Cleaning Company responded super fast along with a quote. It was a flat rate and was very reasonable. I was also sent a list of things they would clean in each room. I originally had an appointment with them on Saturday, but asked if they could push it up to Thursday instead and they were so responsive and great with fitting me in on Thursday at 4 pm. On Thursday, they continued to be very responsive and great with communication via texting. They were late an hour due to traffic and also construction on the freeway, but they did reach out to me apologizing and letting me know ahead of time and their estimated time of arrival. The whole cleaning process took about 6 hours and 40 minutes. Once again, they were very communicative with letting me know when they think they'd be done and for me to head back over to inspect their work. When I arrived, I was honestly truly amazed. The place looked and smelled super clean. The place was spotless. They cleaned areas that I didn't even think to clean. You can tell they're very detail oriented. They got stains that wouldn't come off to come off. It literally looked like I was walking into a brand new place. This team did an amazing job on my place that I am moving out of and now I am thinking about hiring them to clean my new place! I highly recommend T Cleaning Company to anyone who wants great quality honest work and for a fair price. P.S. They accept cash, Zelle, and Venmo which made it so much more convenient!
