You wrote a review for Life Aligned Wellness Center 2 weeks ago…read more Today I visited the Life Aligned Wellness Center and had the privilege of meeting with both Dr. Cox and his staff. I can only speak from my own personal experience when I share I had one of the best experiences today. I am huge on exceptional customer service and a great bedside manner, so much so, I am willing to travel as far as necessary to find just that. Before I even arrived at the center, the communication and friendly reminders about the upcoming appointment I scheduled were very helpful for me. Upon arriving, I was greeted immediately and made to feel like the staff was expecting me. That alone was top notch for me. I found each encounter with each staff member including Dr. Cox, made me feel more comfortable and even a bit excited as I learned exactly what to expect during my first visit. I was both relaxed and felt I was assured by Dr. Cox himself, that he would only proceed with services he offered if after learning more about my needs and concerns it was indeed a good fit. I appreciated his honesty about this rather than a lack of concern for my health just to make money. Lastly, after my initial consult, tests and detailed explanation of what each one meant (which were so cool to see results of) it was determined I was a good fit and Dr. Cox would be able to help me. I finally had my adjustment and Dr. Cox explained each step as to what he would be doing. It was a great experience for me, and I feel very excited about returning for my additional services in the future. I just want the staff to know how very much I appreciated each and every one of them that I encountered today. I know giving the best customer service experience isn't always as easy as some may think, but you all represented one another very well today and appeared to be very in sync with one another in order to make my visit pleasant. Thank you all for what you do to help make others lives better Respectfully Yours, Lizz Graham

I called to…read moremake an appointment and was told to go to their website and fill out the forms and email them. Great, no problem. I get a text a few days later asking me to fill out more forms. I said that I filled out forms already and if they're different than the others. The woman stated those forms are outdated and they don't have access to that email anymore. Okay fine, I'll fill out the forms again. I get to the office and guess what? The woman Brandi asks me to fill out forms again! I said nope, I filled them out and then somehow she found them? Weird.... The visit with the doctor himself was fine, I actually did like him. But as soon as I'm done, I'm told to pay $116.... $116 when I was supposed to only pay $40 per my insurance. Brandi decided to tell me after my visit that the initial visit is a "3 in 1 thirty minute visit" Oh okay... but it was only 20 minutes and I didn't ask for a "3 in 1" or wasn't told about it before hand. Fast forward, called my insurance, they called Brandi and she emailed me saying she actually gave me a "break" and it should have been more but she will give me $22 back. $22! So instead of $116 I only paid $94 for a 20 minute chiropractor visit, what a steal! Also, a little unprofessional to be looking for a new mascara on your office computer when clients can see. I hope you found the right one, Brandi!

The office is truly a family-owned business and a rare find in the commercialized care you find around Tucson. Appointments are timely and quick but thorough and specific to your needs. Now I have severe tingling and numbness in one leg and a pinched nerve in the left side of my neck for over a year cause of this. Not to mention, he goes on vacations every other month all while his patients never get better let alone get to go on vacations themselves. Editing Review: He does not have an X-Ray machine as when I asked to use it I was told "it's not working".
