Dr. Rachel is amazing. Hurt my back and within a couple of weeks she had me adjusted and feeling great again. Staff is friendly and makes you feel welcome. I have not been a person who goes to the chiropractor regularly, only when hurt. After experiencing Dr. Rachel and staff I will be coming in at least once a month. I have been seeing Dr. Courtney for over a year now since I was 7 months pregnant. I started going to help with all the pregnancy aches and pains, hips out of alignment, tailbone pressure, and to help keep my baby in the right position for labor. I went weekly or even twice a week and it helped so much. She also gave me great tips on home care, stretches, exercises I could do to help relieve the pressure and get my body ready for birth. She has a special pillow for the table so I could lay on my belly, which felt awesome! It was also very interesting during the initial appointment when she did the scan of my spine to see which areas were out of alignment and how bad, and then learn how it relates to my health. Both doctors at Inspired Life do an excellent job of explaining how chiropractic care can be preventative and really help you avoid seeing an MD if possible. Now my son is almost a year old and we still go once a month, he gets adjustments as well so while he is crawling and standing and falling his spine stays in alignment and he doesn't get sick. He has never had a cold or any illness. The office is also very beautiful, clean, inviting, and visits are efficient. The admin team is always welcoming and friendly with little freebies like a parenting magazine or keychain, cute things that make me thankful. Courtney Davis is a chiro here that teaches the Bradley Method Birth Classes for a natural (aka drug free) husband coached birth. The class runs weekly for 12 weeks. You get a really helpful workbook and have weekly reading and homework assignments. In class you watch videos, practice different labor positions, learn about nutrition and the Brewer's Diet and get to ask lots of questions. I could not have imagined going through my pregnancy without this knowledge! It is totally worth the money and time. You have to have your husband or coach able to attend classes and you may want to warn them that they will be sitting on the floor for two hours...hey, it's good for you! read more
