The first time I had to cancel the appointment because I was clear on the other side of town and was not going to make it to the office in time. I went to Dr. Utash for my first of two consultation appointments. The assistants that took my paperwork and x-rays were professional and followed Covid-19 protocols. I was very surprised therefore when Dr. Utash came into the appointment room without a mask. I felt uncomfortable being in close proximity with someone not wearing a mask especially a 'medical' professional.
