I scheduled my 1st appointment with Wellness Key Chiropractic because I was paranoid I was developing a hunch at the base of my neck. My suspicions were not only confirmed (beware of tech neck!), but they also diagnosed me with a few other ailments in my alignment. This surprised me, since I'm only 27 and consider myself perfectly able-bodied. I would have never guessed my body had room for improvement if I had not come in for a consultation. After only a few weeks as a patient, I visibly noticed my hunch neck diminishing. I also felt an overall release of tension that I wasn't even initially aware that I had. I'm more conscious of my posture throughout the day, it's nice knowing that I have the power to shape and extend the life 9f my body, which is so easy to feel entitled to. So about a year ago I had a serious pitch nerve in my neck, that sent pain from my neck thru my left arm to my fingers. I couldn't move my head, sleep, and pick up anything. I went to Wellness key and wow this place actually cares about your health. They don't shove pills to you for pain. Only natural ways to heal the body. I learned alot from Dr. Utash everyday health lessons. He the reason why I started drinking a smoothies everyday. Before I went was afraid I was going to need surgery but after my first visit/adjustment and was told they could help me. My pain slowly went away my neck started to get back to normal shape. Took 3 months of weekly adjustment for my pain to fully go away, but I know forsure if I had went to my doctor they would put me on hard pain pills and surgery. After numerous sports injuries, surgeries, and an accident, I followed my wife's advice and went to see him.I went from being so hobbled that I could barely walk my dog a short distance, to taking her on 8 mile hikes and golfing. Dr. Utash treats me for chronic lower back pain (dislocated lumbar discs and arthritis), knee pain from a previous surgery, shoulder and neck issues. I cannot say enough about Wellness Key Chiropractic. They have exceeded my expectations and my life is much better now. On Christmas Eve 2019 I suffered a severe lower lumbar strain that rendered me temporarily paralyzed from the waist down. I couldn't walk. I ended up going to the ER and received pain meds and some ointment once the xrays came back. That was about it and it didn't fix the problem. My wife convinced me to see Dr. Utash. I started going to Wellness Key back in January. At that point I hadn't slept in months due to the pain in my shoulders and neck.
