My favorite chiropractor (Dr. Kevin Jenkins) left The Joint, so I kinda, sorta, (totally) stalked him. He is a great chiropractor and I always feel better after seeing him. I wasn't familiar with Casabona Chiropractic but started reviewing their website. I was surprised and happy to see that they specialize in Scoliosis, which is the curvature of the spine. I have dealt with this illness since I was a teenager. In my adult life, no doctor has ever addressed my Scoliosis or even asked about it. It is quite noticeable. I felt like it was too late and I would just have to deal with it. We are now working on my situation and I have totally grown to trust Dr. Casabona and his staff. The other doctors are helpful and the office staff are wonderful. You can see that they operate as a team. Dr. Casabona wants to educate patients on how and why chiropractic works and what we can do to help ourselves too. He is a hand on doctor, no pun intended. Ha! I used to be a naysayer about chiropractic processes, but found that it really helps me, and hopefully you too. read more

Before I write this review, let me tell you that I have always been afraid of chiropractors and then I had a bad experience with a chiropractor so I was leery to try anymore. However, I am very thankful that I found Dr. Casabona. The first time I visited he did a very thorough exam. X-rays, "tests" that displayed my current state and range of motion. He also explained chiropractor care in depth and how it affects the whole body! Pictures were also taken so that I would be able to see my progress. Dr. Casabona is professional, very personable, kind and extremely knowledgeable. You can always tell him what is going on and if something doesn't seem right he will check it and check it again if he has to. His staff is very friendly as well! If you were looking for a chiropractor I would highly recommend to try Dr. Casabona. I just wish they were closer to the Eastside that would be the only "downside" which I know they can't change. read more

Been a patient of Dr. Casabona since February 2015. Unlike the other chiropractors I've been to, Dr. Casabona took xray, explained the root cause of my sciatic pain and my headaches in my initial consultation. NO ONE in my 50 years has explained this to me. Majority of doctors would rather prescribe you pills and shoo you away rather than trying to figure out the primary reason for the pain. After my first visit and initial adjustment, he called to check up on me...who does that?!?!?!?! As for other reviews noting that the doctor wasnt in, I have never experienced that in my year and a half of preventive maintenance. If anything, I've been known to miss a couple of his appointments. Dr. Casabona, along with his staff, is attentive, genuine, has great people skills and truly interested in my wellbeing. I would highly recommend Dr. Casabona and take full advantage of his new patient specials. This chiropractor is a man of his word. I went to him on Thanksgiving for upper back pain. This treatment staff was caring and awesome. His insurance girl and check person at the time not so much reliable.. Doctor explained he had no idea what happened at the time. He corrected a wrong and misunderstanding of insurance coverage. He totally refunded complete fee. I was rude to him over the phone thinking he just telling me what I wanted to hear. He is a diamond in this town. I will tell all to go here. I have heard nothing but rave reviews from my patients over the years and recently I developed an issue that I feel Dr Casabona can fix so I have been there twice. I can't comment on the care they provided me because they were unable to show up for appointments. I made two appointments with them, for which they missed both of them. The first appointment they told me about an hour before the appointment time that they were going to have to cancel. I rescheduled and when I arrived at my rescheduled time the therapist was not there. They also were not friendly on the phone at all Complete waste of time on my part. I had an opportunity to photograph Dr. Casabona's office and staff this morning. You could tell right away, by the way they interacted with each other, that they had great working relationships. That must translate into a good environment for the patients because, while I was there, one of their patients came by to bring them cupcakes! I also had the opportunity to witness Dr. Casabona give an adjustment. He was very consultative. There was a lot of discussion during the process and at one point the patient said she felt a difference in her neck immediately. Overall, I had a lot of fun spending the morning with this team of professionals. Folks, this is not a massage place. It's a chiropractic place. Dr. Casabona is the most knowledgeable and skilled Chiropractor I have ever been treated by. I have been to several types throughout the last 20 years. He is the only one who helped me. I suffered nerve damage (long thoracic) in my back and was treated unsuccessfully for 1.5 years by my primary care physician and the related experts (orthopedic surgeon, neurologist, etc.). Their solution? Muscle relaxers and anti-depressants. All the while my rib cage, neck and shoulder are killing me, feeling definitely out of whack. My sternum was under constant pressure and pain, feeling like I was having heart problems. After a 1.5 years of pain, i walked into Dr. Casabona's office, told him the history, and the man helped relieve that sternum pressure on the first visit. He was the only Dr. that helped me with my pain. Over a course of visits, I felt much much better. Understand, I was told that I have permanent nerve damage in my back thru tests by a neurologist. I have been seeing Casabona off and on for several years now. Whenever I feel pain and out of place, he fixes me. Would give this 10 stars if able. The staff is extremely efficient, the office warm and inviting but then add the expertise of Dr. Casabona and it is off the charts!!! I have seen several chiropractors in my life but none as efficient as Dr. Casabona. First time in I had xrays first to evaluate my needs... he didn't just let me self-diagnose which turned out to be a great thing! I have heard horror stories about chiropractors that when we got into our car accident in April I was terrified to go. After our first visit and meeting Dr Casabona and the staff I felt at ease letting him work on me. The first day after our accident I was sore and my neck and shoulder blade were killing me and after the first visit with Dr Casabona I was able to sleep more than a few hours a night and after about the fourth visit I felt a huge difference in my neck. Three months later I feel like I wasn't even in a car accident! I thought I'd never feel normal again. What I love the most is Dr Casabona offers a class that teaches the importance and purpose of going to the chiropractor. To know and understand how much your neck and spine can create other organs to not function correctly was a huge eye opener. We learned that with his help he can try to help our daughter with Scoliosis and that was better news than hearing from our doctor that she may need surgery to correct it. After her first two visits there was already so much of a difference in her neck and spine. Over the years, I have seen a handful of different chiropractors (mostly due to myself relocating) and have always compared the present chiropractor to my very first chiropractor. None of them compared. When I moved to Tucson, it had been several years since I had been to the chiropractor due to lack of funds. However, the time had come that I NEEDED to get in to a chiropractor ASAP. I could not stand the excruciating pain any longer. I figured I would just call around and get the least expensive adjustment possible. I had called several places prior to calling Dr. Casabona's office. The girl that answered the phone was so sweet and helpful and GREAT at her job. She convinced me to come in right away. Dr Casabona was not the least expensive of the ones I called, but I really appreciated the kindness and knowledge from his assistant. I figured I would probably only go that once. I was wrong. The moment I walked into the office I was greeted with such a wonderful ambiance and great people. Everyone there is so wonderful and sweet. They all remember things too. I travel a lot and they always ask questions about my upcoming or past travels.
