I wasn't too thrilled about the idea that it's an open floor plan but I was willing to give it a try because I'm in so much pain and I'm desperate and it's the only close chiropractic office aside from the new one that just opened. I felt like since this has been established and been here for years I'd have better luck getting in and better service, but I was wrong. Was told to be in before 1 o'clock for new patient arrives around 1235 filled out new patient paperwork told it would be about 20 minutes that was around 1250. I was called to come back around 120 and sat for another 10 minutes and never got seen nearly an hour of wasting my time. Not sure if I'll come back here. read more

**Amazing service** Let's start with that! I have really bad sciatica pain. Un lower back problems. Several of my friends had told me to go and visit Dr. Eric. I did stop by on a Saturday because it stated that they were open. Unfortunately it look like they were closed. But I did see other clients waiting so I waited with them. They came in for a special consultation for those clients. But they were nice enough to fit me in to try to help me with my issues. Dr. Eric was very thorough Took His Time And adjusted my back and help me with my sciatic pain. After the treatment. He did recommend that I go get x-rays. Which I am still in the process of getting. I did purchase a family plan from him that gives me four adjustments within a month. My family was excited to hear about this also. Definitely going back to go get more adjustments to continue to make my back feel better. A little sidenote. I went to the one on University and Euclid. And that one is usually closed on Saturdays. In complete contrast to the location on the northwest side, this place is energetic, hopping, and happening. Dr. Eric is proficient in what he does and managed to help me. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and cares. The people at the reception desk are friendly and helpful. Only drawback is you really do have to sit and wait until it is your turn. (It was about an hour the two times I went there, so bring a book.) He is worth waiting for. read more

Without a doubt this place is very inexpensive and of very high-quality! Dr. Eric and the rest of the staff there are very friendly and super attentive to everything that needed tending to. I have complete faith in Dr. Eric and the staff there so much, that I go there about twice a month. Every injury or ache and pain has been taken care of by Dr. Eric. I highly recommend this place for anybody that needs a chiropractor and they do have a masseuse there as well. They do get really busy at times, but they get you in and out very quickly. And even though they get you in and out very quickly, Dr. Eric gives you his full attention at that time. Make sure you go there during certain times if you're a new patient (I think 10-12?). they cost about $30 per session or you can get a reduced rate if you sign up for more sessions in a four week period. read more

Dr Eric is remarkable. I lived in the area and found his office staff to be wonderful and friendly and the Dr to be incredibly competent and he has magic hands. Their office works as a first-come-first-served style so make sure you have an hour to wait. But, Dr Eric is worth it. Dr. Eric is a true healer, a thoughtful business person, and an intelligent medical practitioner. There is always a line. Which speaks to the competency of his practice. I had to come back three times to be seen because of the line and he showed appreciation by offering a discount. He was able to fix my issue -- upper shoulder back pain -- immediately and offered me guidance about my thumb which was still hurting from a bad sprain several months back. Kind of like the old, "I've fallen and I can't get up!" saying except it's, "I've gone to Dr Eric and I can't go back to my regular chiropractor!" Seriously - he's that good. My back started acting up recently and I went to my regular guy but didn't get any relief. I went to see Dr Eric this morning and I can already feel the difference. Dr Eric spends a fair amount of time feeling your trouble spot before making any adjustments and then he gets to work. This fine doctor manipulates, pops, cracks and cajoles more of my joints than my regular guy. His front office staff girls are incredibly nice and welcoming. And they're fun! Don't be surprised or discouraged if you get there when the doors open - it gets busy. Dr Eric says Monday and Friday mornings are especially busy. But it really doesn't take very long to be seen. Just have a seat and enjoy a magazine and listen to the music. You'll be lying on a treatment bed in no time. So I keep saying "my regular" guy or "my regular" chiropractor. I guess I should be saying "my former" guy or chiropractor because Dr Eric will now be my "regular" guy. read more

I've been seen by Dr. Steve Lynch since September 2022. I broke my hip in June 2021. After a year of treatment I wasn't getting the strength back in my hip because of a pinched nerve. I was advised by my physical therapist to get acupuncture treatments which Dr. Steve administered. With his help I've been able to use my leg and hip 100 percent! I had written another review for Dr. Eric. Another business had the audacity to claim that review, and apparently others as their own. Pshaw! I hurt my back several years ago, and every so often, either through complete stupidity, or by playing racquetball (does that fall under stupidity?), I re-injure myself. Sometimes to the point where I walk hunched over....ambling about like a docile old codger. Parking at That's the Spot is a bit tricky. Metered parking along University, or a garage. New patients are seen only between certain hours, mainly because of the initial paperwork and introduction that takes place. DR. ERIC IS AMAZING! You don't receive private treatment, 6-8 beds are in the back room, so you are free to watch the master in action as he tends to his patients. Dr. Eric always greets you by name, and remembers certain facets of previous dialogue. His demeanor is quiet, friendly, but not over the top. It's an extremely comfortable environment and experience. DR. ERIC HAS MAGIC HANDS! $25 for a visit, other options are available if you want to go more frequently, I'm usually good with just periodic treatments. Sometimes relief is immediate, sometimes it takes a day or so for my body to adjust to being properly aligned...regardless, it works. HE works. read more

But apparently to her its my fault i spent money on the corrective plan. Now i've been ripped of from getting my unlimited for the month down to 6. And she has the nerve to say that I got my money's worth?? Can you do math??? 6 sessions when I should have received a total of 28! How does this math work?? (And yes, I did try other places in town first.) He is attentive, friendly, professional, and skilled. The clinic is drop-in only, so there can be a wait sometimes - but they keep things moving efficiently. The packages are highly affordable and most importantly - I feel better every time I leave. 8/22/2013Edit " I have been to many chiropractors over the years, some good and some not so much. I went to see Dr. Eric because of his location 2 years ago; I have kept going because of his experience,professionalis­m, his great staff, and the great value they provide. I see one person who said it helped some but they are not too sure. From experience I can tell you that one's spinal misalignment can be caused my many things including accidents, falls, emotional trauma etc. It has been my experiences that you can't just go get adjusted a few times and be ok, it can take many adjustments in order to see progress, and then some sort of maintenance schedule and exercise in order to keep you aligned. I use multiple modalities including Rolfing, massage, and chiropractic in order to correct many issues due to years of improper alignment and physical trauma (falls, car accidents, etc.). With these modalities I have been able to correct many of the postural problems I had and be pain free 95% of the time which is not bad for a 50 yr. old considering that in my thirties I had numbness in my hands, pain in my back and neck along with chronic lumbar issues. Proper spinal care has allowed me to now be able exercise vigorously on a regular basis without pain and additional injury. We as a society spend so much on buying junk and so little on alleviating our postural issues. We sleep on cheap beds, wear cheap shoes and don't want to spend on spinal alignment / maintenance. Then we complain as we age because our bodies hurt and we have limited mobility! Dr. Eric provides a no BS clinic, knows his field well and is fully capable of helping anyone with postural problems. They don't deal with insurance but they offer great care at very affordable prices. Again, I went to him because of location and I keep going because of the fine level of care I get at very affordable prices. We have no one to blame but ourselves if we can't be pain free or be flexibly mobile as we age, mobility and flexibility it is something we have to work at ongoingly , and Dr. Eric's staff and clinic make that easy to do so. He has a patient for life with me because I rely on regular chiropractic treatment as part of my spinal health regiment and his clinic offers a great value. I highly recommend him to anyone of any age. Due to a traumatic birthing process I've had back pain since the day I was born. I'm told that as soon as I learned to pick my head up I would bang it against the floor crying because I was in pain and couldn't speak yet. I've been seeing a chiropractor on and off for the past 30 years (I'm 33). Honestly, I've never met a chiropractor like Dr. Eric. All of my previous experiences crack you one way and send you on your way.. basically putting a bandaid on a bullet hole. Dr. Eric takes into account every visit, listens and adjusts accordingly. He'll put wedges under you to stretch and loosen the muscle. He'll pop your ears (super weird but satisfying!) if you're nauseous. He'll even ask how your family is if you're a regular, which you will become after your first visit. He really cares and 5 minutes waiting will show you how many people consider him not only a vital part of their life but a crucial part in their daily pain management like me. I've gone to him crying before because I'm in so much pain (embarrassing but pain is pain) and he'll take his time fixing me, sometimes over multiple visits but you can only adjust the body so much before it needs a break. I always feel better after seeing Dr Eric, even if just for a bit. Friendly and professional staff. Pleasant and open treatment area (privacy available upon request also). Very reasonable prices, including an unlimited monthly pass. I once had a fantastic massage while here as well (cannot remember her name). The model of walk-in basis can be convenient, but appointments are not scheduled with Dr Eric (book ahead for massage though). What a great place! Dr Eric was amazing! I came in with horrible back pain i couldn't stand straight and the pin was so bad I wasn't able to get my shoes on with out my kids helping me IT WAS BAD! I went in dr Eric knew right away what the problem was did the adjustment and I felt a lot better by the second adjustment I was able to put on my shoes on my own and do basic activities that I was having trouble doing prior to the visit he literally fixed me!!! Omar the massage therapist is walking around and offers 10 min massages while you wait for dr Eric if you do go in and he's around doing the massages get one he is amazing! Beware! This is a chiropractic factory. Dr Eric seems to give everyone the same intense treatment whether you're a 200 lb man or a 100 lb woman. The first time I went, he thought my hips were out of line and had me lie on a block. That seemed to really help. When I returned for a second treatment, he no longer thought I was out of line and tossed me around the table like a sack of potatoes. Now I'm in so much pain I have to get injections. read more
