Unfortunately, my experiences at this property have raised serious concerns about management professionalism, accountability, and resident safety. Pool incident July, 2025.. Back in July a leasing agent approached my guest and me at the pool, accusing us of having hookah. I calmly explained we were not smoking and that the item she referenced was an empty bottle. Despite this, she returned shortly after and continued confronting us, then demanded my apartment number to issue a violation. When I went to the leasing office to calmly request her name and contact information to document the incident, she refused and became irritated. She then threatened to call the police and did so falsely claiming I was aggressive and that I had been smoking at the pool. I remained calm and stayed on-site to speak with the officer. Calling 911 to escalate a peaceful situation and making false claims is extremely unprofessional. Residents should feel safe and respected in their own community. This experience was unnecessary and concerning. The leasing agent involved was Valencia. Her attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. Garage Gate Incident - December 14, 2024: Previously, a malfunctioning garage gate crashed onto my vehicle, causing visible damage. Management was dismissive and suggested I was at fault, despite surveillance footage later confirming I did not tailgate. I was told to file through my own insurance and received no meaningful assistance. Overall, these experiences reflect poor judgment, lack of accountability, and disregard for resident safety. Residents should feel respected and secure in their own community unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. read more

I would not recommend living at Sync at Perimeter. Since May, my AC has been broken more often than it's worked, and the "repairs" never last. On top of that, the main elevator is constantly out of service, which is a huge inconvenience. For the rent prices here, you'd expect reliable maintenance and basic building upkeep, but that's clearly not a priority. The management does not match the cost of living here, and the frustration isn't worth it. read more

When I first moved here, I didn't feel the staff was interactive. They would answer my questions in one word statements. No other instructions. I appeared as if they were agitated with answering. Now, there have been changes with staff, and it has been a 180. I feel a lot more comfortable going into the office. Great year i had here. My rents of 1300 for the top floor with a pool and amazing king and queen view was awesome value. Unfortunately the rent in Atlanta has been pushed up as a whole and so sync raised with the competition. Which is "it is what it is" (because I have a business mindset and own my own rental property) I understand why they raised their prices. No the gate does not stay open for weeks like some morons on google have said. Mabye if they don't HIT the gate it won't be broken for 2 nights. It just goes from bad to worse in this place. ANYONE LOOKING TO RENT HERE, PLEASE BEWARE! We recently had flooding in the complex, they decided that turning on a shop fan was the answer to that situation. The black mold in this place is days away from eating this complex alive. Because of the flood, the service elevator has been disabled and now everyone has one elevator to move things in and out of their apartments. I called about this and was told there is no ETA on the fix. The trash continues to get worse by the week. Cockroaches and the smell of garbage is awful. We pay a $60 a month fee to have the trash removed and they will go weeks with trash all throughout the halls. And the entry way to the apartment is packed so full with trash that you have to step over it. They recently replaced some kitchen lights and when they put the fixture back up, there was literally a three inch hole left. They marked it completed, and I watched as cockroaches climb in and out of the hole for days. SO DISGUSTING! The parking garage is a whole issue on its own, people literally park their cars in the middle of the garage now that the service elevator is out so that they can move their belongings in and out. I've been to some bad complexes and Sync at Perimeter is hands down the most neglectful I've ever seen. They care nothing about their tenants and it's sad because of the amount that they charge to live here. I would rather live in my car at this point, it is UNBELIEVABLE. I've lived here for a year and I am happy to move out, but for personal reasons- nothing to do with the apartment. I do enjoy living here and I wish I could stay. I've had pretty positive interactions with staff- one time Chad called to let me know I had a huge delivery that couldn't fit in the mail room, so I was able to come home quickly and take care of that. I did appreciate that a lot. For critiques, it really stinks not having a drive up call box for visitors. There are not a lot of visitor spaces outside of the parking gate either. Additionally, if you are on the 1st-3rd floors, you fight between 1.5 floors of a parking deck for 3 floors of apartments, so coming home at certain times you know you won't get a spot on the floor where your apartment is. I have odd hours for work- it's no fun parking on the 7th floor when I live at the 3rd. Still, this is fairly minor. Another not so great thing, we pay for a storage unit. It was broken into twice. Thankfully none of our stuff was taken, and locks were changed, but it did leave an uneasy feeling and made me glad I don't live on a ground floor unit. The units themselves are spacious and nicely updated. My sink is gigantic as well as the drawers which I really love, and there's a lot of counter space. It's a cute home. There are also resident events via zoom which were wonderful during quarantine. Again, I'm sad to leave, dinging off a star just for the storage room break in and the somewhat frustrating parking deck. Still, I would definitely live here again. read more

Lived here for 15 months. The package room has been broken into twice. My very own apartment unit was broken into in 2018. I was robbed, my things were stolen. I had to install security cameras inside my unit & my own security system. That's 3 instances of break ins that i personally know about. No additional security was added at all in the entry-ways, hallways or garage after the break in to my apartment happened. It's as if the building did not mind that there was not enough security or cameras to begin with. There's not a lot of visitor parking available. The garage door has been non-functional several times, too many times. While it's not working, the garage door has stayed open - so there's no way of knowing who comes in or not. The garage has not been pressure cleaned in the 15 months I have lived there. The garage has a lot of dust & dirt. On the plus side - the interior of the units are designed very nicely. There is a pet room where you can bathe your dog (no private dog park though), the maintenance team is quick to react when there is a maintenance request or malfunction, the management team/staff is actually nice and friendly (this is very important), and the bbq area was recently renovated. These are the real facts from a real resident. No lies. You can decide for yourself if you'd live here. My recommendation is to install cameras in your unit or security system to keep your own space protected. You can go to the Sandy Springs police department and confirm for yourself about break ins and theft in this property. read more

I'm writing this review because everyone needs to know this apt only cares about generating revenue! You pay $1500+ for an apt and cannot have any visitors because of the following. 1. The visitors can only park on the lower level and majority of the residents take these parks and you cannot park in the NY Life area because you will be towed. 2. If you park inside the gate (say you drop a resident off) and they let you inside the gate you will be booted. 3. Now if a resident lets you inside the gate and you park on the designated floor you have to pay a fee. WTH?! Not to mention the office hours are open when most of us are working. How can one get a parking pass when you're closed once people get home for the evening. I'm suppose to have my guest let me know weeks in advance so I can get a pass for them? This isn't Buckhead or Midtown so why should someone pay a fee for a guest to stay overnight when they are already paying enough in rent?! Do you not understand it's 6 other major apartments being built in this area that people have to choose from. With the changes of management several times, the understaffing in the leasing office, the firm alarm fiascos and general we don't care attitude seek an apartment elsewhere people. They charge all this money and are so particular about parking yet we still have break ins in the parking garage and they never have an answer as to why. I now know and have experienced 1st hand why this apartment complex has the negative reviews that is has. This complex in short is problematic. I rented a guest suite here, thinking that it would be a great idea because I have a friend who lives here. I arrived with my toddler and my newborn baby. I'm an incredibly organized person and I followed their instructions to a T to register my rental car so I can park during my stay. I picked up my car on Saturday evening at 6pm, and sent in my registration, which included a photo of my license plates at 7pm. The next morning I came out to find a boot on my car. There was no one around to help me, and I was stranded trying to figure out who to call with my 2 little ones. This complex has a scam operation with the boot company, the guys who removed it basically told me they do this on purpose to get paid. That the building allows them to illegally put boots on cars to force people to pay the fee to get it off with no recourse. This is disgusting. Now...the building itself. Filthy, Stained, the smell of it...good god, I liken it to a Motel 6. I DID NOT FEEL SAFE HERE WITH MY CHILDREN!! I didn't see any security presence. The residents do not have any pride about where the live, leaving trash bags and trash cans in the middle of the hallways. The guest suite. No toilet paper, no towels, no paper towels, no blankets, looked like a nightmare from CSI Miami. I had to run to the store and get Clorox wipes. a joke. I've stayed in some pretty interesting places...a hostel in Cambodia once, which was way cleaner than this place. Did I mention the smell of this place. It's everywhere, and on everything. I'm leaving here tonight to go stay at the Four Seasons to make up for what an awful experience this was and at least have 1 comfortable night in Atlanta with my little family Horrifying, simply horrifying. read more

I lived less than an Year in Citizens Perimeter. I had to move out of state for my job. The apartment community is best located. Close to freeways and the metro station. The buildings are fresh and maintained. The apartment I lived in was perfect. And the management office is absolutely brilliant. Everyone I interacted with went out of the way to help me make my move in easy, my stay comfortable and my move out stressless. I would recommend this property to anyone. I don't give reviews much but I totally loved this property and the current team is just fabulous. read more

You need to know about this place before deciding to move in. Their top priority is generate revenue regardless if you're already pay $1500 for an apartment. Their policy is extremely unfair and trap residents with hidden fees because of the following: 1. You want guess to come over? nope. they can only park on lower level and parking space is always 100% occupied and you also will get towed if park there 2.if your friend come inside the gate. Towed 3.if you let your friend come in, you have to pay a fee for a parking spot for your friend because apparently you're still not paying enough. 4. your guest want to stay over night? pay up 5. office hours are open when 95% of people are at work(9-6). You can't even get a parking pass if someone come over anyway; or you need to know in advance at least a week in order to get a parking pass for them or save enough money to pay for it 6. The garage door is CONSTANTLY broken every week and there is ONLY ONE WAY out of the parking building for your car. Citizen Perimeter deserves zero stars. I've been a resident for over one year and after the trash compactor was removed and never replaced, my and my neighbors apts were infested with gnats and ants. The mgmt team blamed this disgusting issue on the residents even after they were shown the gnats festering around the duct taped trash shoot. The parking deck doors smell like dog urine and the apartments were so poorly built that I can hear every move my neighbors make. The Matrix property mgmt team was kind and attentive, but the entire Bozzuto mgmt team that replaced them were rude and unprofessional. The first Bozzuto team disappeared, probably fired, and they were replaced by another group that's not much better. I really regret living here. read more

Where do I start...,I will say that these apartments have gone down hill since Bozzuto Mgmt took over..there is such turnover with residents, No one renews their lease. I could not wait to move out. I liked my apartment and being closer to work but waking up to fire alarms that go off late at night was getting ridiculous. There is a prankster that keeps pulling them and there are no security cameras to catch the malicious acts. To top it off it would take an hour or more for the fire dept to show up. We seldom got an email or an update about the fire alarm. There were always issues with packages in the office and I should not have to wait 3 days or more for the leasing agents to scan the packages. I pay enough money in rent and my own things not to have to wait on them. The residents do NOT pick up after their pets. There is pet feces all over the complex I can't tell you how many times I have stepped or my dog has stepped in crap. There is always a sketchy drug dealer that hangs out in the front of building late hours at night Since they changed the lighting he seemed to move to pool area for his late night drug deals...there is NO on site security. The don't upkeep the elevators or the floors. There is trash and puke that is often found. The elevator that takes you to the rental office and the floor the model is on is the only floor they upkeep. Keep in mind the service elevator is always broke. Moving out or moving in is a very expensive hassle. It cost me almost 1500 bucks to move because of the elevator was broke. ALL of the elevators are SLOW. I should of sent the bill to Bozzuto to pay. All the money this complex rakes in there is no excuse for not fixing the the service elevator for movin in and move out. It's just plain laziness on Bozzuto part. The floors always smelled like marijuana. This is what you smell every day as you walk the floor. The place is a joke. All the professionals are moving out of this complex. Goes to show what's moving in.....some of the staff people have snotty attitudes and look you up and down when you have a question or need your package.. I've heard not so great things about the management team here at The Citizen and when I saw it changed to The Sync I was interested in seeing the loft units here so I called and spoke to Danielle who was very kind and helpful over the phone and listed all the loft units for me and said she has one available To tour if I'd like to come see it. We decided to drive by the next day since we live across the street got there around 4 or so. Walked in and were "greeted" by the woman named Mo, she was very cold from the start I said how we wanted to see the 2bedroom loft she said there is none available and asked when did I speak to Danielle on this I said we JUST spoke yesterday, I tried asking if she worked on property or remote and she was very rude and passive aggressive to anything I asked she then said she just HAPPENED to remember she does have a loft we can see. She then wouldn't answer my questions on anything without being EXTREMELY passive aggressive I didn't even want to tour the unit anymore. My boyfriend still wanted to tour and she said No we don't tour past 4:30. If she had toured us when we got there instead of being rude and not answering my questions the way Danielle did we could have seen it. I am so disgusted with this management after dealing with this woman Mo I am disappointed because Danielle was sweet on the phone and I did not expect this behavior from anyone from this management which explains the bad reviews when you have staff that acts like that. read more

The advantages do not come even close to compensate the disadvantages, namely: 1. Extremely excessive noise, including but not limited to extremely loud music (volume level can penetrate two closed doors, way too loud even for day time), hysterical laughters by drunk and smoking crowds around and after midnight, etc., in common area; constantly shaking of ceilings/floors by some residents who keeps strutting/smashing the floor with heels or heavy stuff at odd hours (continue for hours during twilight hours); [at the exact time of writing this review, there is some immensely loud music going on already for an hour around the pool, so loud that the apartment floor can be felt shaking, volume still increasing!] 2. Non-fixing maintenance problems, including but not limited to rocking toilet, non-working outlets, etc. For instance, ceiling light suddenly falling off halfway hang in the air inside apartment at the mid of a night, and they responded with "it is not an emergency"; 3. Construction and non-private vehicles (E.g. cable network company vehicle, huge travelling bus vehicle) taking up some parking spaces or the narrow alley towards parking deck, overnight and constantly; 4. No reflector mirror around corners from the 6-th floor and up; 5. Vehicles park and take up excessive space crossing designated boundaries, forcing other vehicles not able to park on the immediate next designated space, otherwise cars get scratched by random other cars; 6. Weird smells along the hallway and stair-ware and not fading for days (E.g. disturbing rotting or sour garbage smell, pungent perfume smell, etc.); 7. Found multiple times that people had thrown smoked cigarette bottoms onto balconies facing the pool; 8. Leasing office phone line closes or transfers to off-site message service more than one-hour before office closes (besides, message service never actually delivers messages effectively to the leasing office anyways); 9. Never received e-mail notification for packages. read more

FYI: PROSPECTS BEWARE! THE NEW MANAGEMENT ONLY CARES ABOUT MAKING MONEY AND INCREASING NUMBERS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT RESIDENTS!!! Here's why: 1) Since the new management take over, the Communication is Terrible. I used to get personal emails or phone calls all the time (w/ the Maxtrix). Now, with Bozzuto, the only time the management reaches out, is when they want something. (e.g : if there is a payment goes wrong in error, they will leave an ugly letter on your door (as opposed to email or call the tenet who has paid timely for 11 months prior); or the manager might call you to beg you not to leave. 2) The fire alarms, going off at all hours of the night, is getting ridiculous. Just last weekend one went off at 5:45am. A few weeks prior, one went off around 12:35 am. Again, there isn't any communication from the management and this has been happening all year. 3) We used to have resident functions (e.g brunch every month). That has now gone out the window with all of the changes. 4) New staff employees are rude and blow you off when you have concerns. I went to get my coffee in a common room once and three new employees just stared at me (like I wasn't supposed to be in the room that we pay for with our $1500 rent ). They did not acknowledge me, say hello or good morning, they were just rude. Also, just like it took over a year to renovate (because of flooding problems); it will take take days for the staff to get back with you if you have an issue. 5) Tent Parking does not accommodate the demand,and worse, you have to pay for it. 6) You are charged a fee for paying rent via credit card; I am moving to a place where they do not charge me for paying rent on time. This place is in a prime location and apartments are small but nice. However, if you believe that for $1500 a month you deserve a better service, LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!! read more

The apartments are close by to my job and shopping. The biggest concern that I have living here is the fire alarms constantly going off routinely in middle of the night or before the crack of dawn. I have seen kids run around in the garage And hanging out on top of the roof. There has been a few car break ins. The fire Alarms are more than likely one of the top reasons why residents don't renew leases. Citizen perimeter need to fix the alarm issue if they want to continue to keep residents. I don't understand why they have not yet to install security cameras and/or have security on site. This is a newly established luxury apartment near premier area. It is a truly well equipped apartments in this area. However, the office staff here are extremely unprofessional snobs that do not even know how to hide their attitude. When I first walked into the office, I stood just in front of the lady with curly black hair near the door for solid 30 second while she was playing with her phone and other staff were sitting together chatting until I said excuse me to draw her attention. After a very brief introduction without much eye contact she asked for my budget with an arrogant attitude. She showed me their A4 floor plan and interrupted me when I was asking for other choices but her attitude changed dramatically when she saw the logo on my girlfriend's purse while my girlfriend was pulling out her driver's licence. During the walk she kept digging my information like salary and company name. her attitude turned again as I told her I am a student and gonna have a job later. When we were touring in the model room, she just stood there while we were checking out the layout on our own. After the A3 and A4 tour we asked to see A1 and A2 she blamed us for not letting her know earlier that she has to go back to office to pick up keys. During the tour in an A1 unit, I commented on their studio liked layout and she replied me "this is what you will get for a cheap price" No wonder they still have so many vacant rooms. In short, the apartment itself is beautiful and residents there seems to be really nice people with class, but with such unprofessional employees I strongly doubt the service of this community. What I like about CP is pretty simple - the apartments themselves are very nice. With it being so new, I never have repair issues. The only downside I can see is the floors are very thin. I hear Goliath stomping above me everyday. I never hear my neighbors next door or the construction though. My other complaint is the fire alarms. I'm not exaggerating when I say we have one at least once a week. One was at 2 AM on a weekday and another like 6 am on the weekend. Also my floor constantly smells like marijuana. I've seen people peel out in the parking lot. It very much has a college dorm feel to it here with these antics. Also I've seen a lot of car break ins lately inside the gate and in the guest parking. When I signed a lease it was with another company. Since the transition to the new mgmt company everything involving contact with them has been horrible. They never get back to you. They always have an attitude etc. I could list probably 5-6 major problems I've already had with them (from billing to repairs to communication), but I'll save you the time. I've never had a mgmt company that I've thought was great so I don't have high expectations but they are by far the worst I've ever had to deal with. You pay a very hefty rent here and expect a premium experience in my opinion. I can't wait for my lease to end. read more

This place is great! I just moved in and love all of the amenities (I was able to cancel my gym membership because the fitness center is huge and had everything I need). But best of all is my amazing, spacious floor plan with condo grade finishes. The kitchen was definitely the selling point for me. I needed to move in quickly and wanted to live here above the other places I had looked at, so dealing with the construction was no big deal for me, especially since I wanted to live in a brand new building. The location is perfect to access the interstates and the mall! I have found the staff to be very friendly and attentive to making me feel right at home. Now all I need is some more friends to move in so we can chill by the pool! read more

Do not lease here! This property has gone down hill dramatically since Sync Residential took over. Management is not friendly and will walk past you with their heads turned in the opposite direction. They are very unapproachable and almost hostile (Moe) when you go in the leasing office. Courtney, the property manager, is unprofessional and is never visible. She's always in her office with her door closed. She either needs more "people training" or needs to find another job! She always look miserable! Shawn, the maintenance supervisor, and the entire crew for that matter, are very rude and have attitudes when they eventually fix your issue. It will take them days to get to your work order, though. The previous maintenance team responded and completed work orders within 24 hours with a smile! They've lowered rent rates and, as a consequence, have attracted some questionable residents. This directly puts my safety in jeopardy. But that doesn't matter because the building is not secured. The door to the load dock is always left unlocked and wide open which gives intruders easy access to the parking deck and the building! I will not be renewing my lease! read more

I have lived here for about 4 months. When I first looked at apartments, a new management company (Bozzuto) had just taken over. Zoe who had just started working there walked me around and helped answer my many many questions on the leasing process and policies. After moving in, I have been nothing from satisfied. Sure, every apartment building has tenants that are less than perfect, but the building staff have been so helpful. Every time I walk in the office, Zoe still recognizes me! For such a big complex, this is more than I could expect. The place is kept clean, the building is nice overall, and the location is absolutely perfect. After having lived across the street at 1160 Hammond for a year, I can say the building, the management, and especially the staff make a huge difference. I would absolutely recommend my friends check out this place, and consider more than just the price or location of nearby complexes like I previously did. read more

Nice place most amenities are good, the gym is not up to par, a lot of running machines, as far as weight training basically 1 machine of poor quality., a few dumbells and a leg machine, I have been there 1 week and a half, noticed they have not kept the coffee machine filled with beans nor do they keep the water and towels in the workout room. read more

This new management staff (Bozzutu) does not have an understanding on providing residential services. The staff are more focused on trying to help "potential" residents than actually providing assistance to the actual residents that are paying to live here. Having to wait is understandable, however not even being acknowledged while you're waiting 10 minutes to get a package is not! It's very convenient that 90% of your packages will be delivered to the leasing office and having to either wait until the weekend or beat traffic to pick up a package. Parking has been heavily enforced under new management, so visiting guests are force to stalk out for 1 out of perhaps 10 available spaces (note there are over 200 units). New parking policy outlines residents have to pay $5 (per stay) for a guest to park overnight within the gated garage which is half utilized. All vehicles without a parking sticker will be booted via a third party company and will be charged $75 per day. There have been issues with the entire building fire alarms system being triggered (three times within the past month) accidentally/maliciously and there has yet there has been no communication with residents on how this will be addressed. A "Breakfast on the Go" event was held at 8AM on a Tuesday for residents, I assume the young professional residents they seek as residents don't have to work, conveniently an events for your dogs were held on a following weekend :-/ There are too many new residential developments available and being built within the Perimeter/Sandy Springs area that will provide the same default "luxury finishes" and amenities to consider other than here with with a management team that isn't focused on resident convenience but generating revenue to offset their occupancy rate. read more

We have been here since October and absolutely love it! The apartments are built well and super quiet. The staff is very friendly and we love going to the events. Our leasing agent Zoë was super helpful and patient with us showing us multiple apartments and answering all of our questions. I absolutely recommend this place. I have lived here since February 2016. Any minor issues that I have experienced have always been handled professionally and efficiently by the leasing office. I must live in the "boring" part of the building because I can't even tell if anyone lives next to me - It's very quiet - much quieter than the community I moved from. Everyone in the office is sweet as can be. It is very safe. The gates have been broken a couple of times, but that happens in every gated community and they are repaired quickly. The only complaint I have is that the tvs don't work on the gym equipment, but I take my ipad and watch that so that's not a big deal for me. read more

The complex is nice. Overall safe. I have never felt unsafe here. Whatever issues we have had, the office has gone above and beyond to help resolve. Alexander and Victoria in the leasing office are very nice and have worked with us to get any issue figured out. I would recommend to any family or young professional. The amenities are nice as well. Starbucks coffee machine in super nice clubroom, nice gym and yoga room. Big pool. Etc. Almost any living community will have the complaints. Not everyone can be pleased. I recently moved into an apartment here. I have found the entire staff a great pleasure to deal with. I have been very impressed by the fact that they are able to call me by name which gives me an even more sense of feeling of home. Arah has been a great pleasure to deal with and would strongly recommend her to deal with as your leasing agent also Steven is super "Johny on the spot" when it comes to the siltiest maintenance issue. Street noise (sirens through thin windows 3 hospitals up the road), construction noise (new apt complex being built next door), dogs barking constantly, loud and discourteous neighbors blaring bass and loud music until 3am. No courtesy officer anymore. Management does not effectively enforce courtesy rules. Portrays itself as upscale but it's a facade. Slow elevator for 6 story building. Few security cameras in long internal corridors. As a woman, you always feel like you have to bring your cell phone with you just to go check your mail for safety. Emergency response takes a long time to reach you in a emergency because entry is difficult for them. You would die of a heart attack due to slow response time. Hardly any guest parking difficult to have people over. Overpriced for dealing with this and more. Best to look elsewhere. read more

I've been living here about 6 months now. Recap of experience below: Pros: convenient location; relatively new interior; the new management does seem to care about improving the community; lots of natural light Cons: the construction of these apartments is of very low quality- I can hear everything outside my window (the sound-proofing is so bad, it's almost as though I have the window open. I don't. I've checked multiple times, the windows are just not well insulated. It's impossible to sleep-in without earplugs- combination of a whining neighbor's dog howling at 7am and construction activity across the street that is heard even on the backside of the community); insulation between units is also very poor- my downstairs neighbor retaliates when I use my washing machine- the machine doesn't shake, just normal usage that shouldn't be heard between units, but again, construction of the apartments is so poor, neighbor below can hear my washing machine- and I can frequently hear his stereo and other noise); smoky smell in the halls- not sure if this is from someone smoking in his apartment or smell carrying in but the smell sometimes is so strong I have to cover my nose just to reach my car; like one of the previous reviewers, I don't appreciate the fine for guest parking. Completely unnecessary for Sandy Springs. Requesting guests register is good but we shouldn't have to pay for parking. Biggest con is the noise. It's the element that will keep me from renewing. read more
