West Midtown is a great location just due to the many amenities (bars, shopping, etc) and proximity to the rest of the city. The maintenance and leasing team are amazing, the grounds are pretty clean, and the gym area is nice and small for general use. The leasing team has also been great with putting on continued resident events safely, even amidst COVID, which has been so good to see. Lastly, the only issue that I have personally experienced so far is cars tailgating inside the complex at the gate. While there is not much that can be done about it, I do hope that it greatly decreases over time. I highly recommend 1824 Defoor!

Additionally, the maintenance team is really good about getting to service tickets quickly, and if the same thing keeps breaking they will typically replace it entirely. Also, they are all very friendly. Would I live here again? I'm not sure, the mold is a big one for me, and even with dehumidifiers it still grows all over the windows and doors. I'm not sure if it's a Georgia thing or if it's because the buildings are old.
