Literally the easiest and fuss-free repair shop I've been to. I've been to multiple and went in to repair the cadence sensor on my Aventon Sinch E-Bike (mind you, it's difficult to find repair shops who know the ins & outs of Aventon bikes and parts)- some repair shops told me it would take a week to repair, others simply didn't know what was wrong with it. But Synaptic Cycles? I literally called the shop minutes before I went in because I was luckily in the area, and I was able to walk out with my bike repaired and working normally again in 15 minutes. If I had known this shop was so great I would have made the extra drive just to repair it here. Amazing service, great expertise, and all around the best bike shop I've been to. I needed to get my mountain bike tuned up and some repairs done and tried a number of local bike shops and mobile repair businesses who were either too busy, too expensive, or wanted to schedule an appointment several weeks out. I sent out a quote request on Yelp and promptly received an email from Shawn at Synaptic Cycles wanting to help me. He had me bring my bike in the following morning and inspected everything. He got right to work and amazingly had all of the work done the same day within a matter of a couple hours. His pricing was very reasonable and he explained everything to me.
