We rented 2 electric bikes for an entire day last week and had an A+++ experience from start to finish. Super friendly and knowledgeable owner, the bikes were impeccably maintained and everything was explained until we felt comfortable going out and exploring. We rode almost the entire day (miles and miles of great trails/marked bike lanes) and had over half the battery left. Shawn and Steve from Synaptic were outstanding. I was debating flying with my personal road bike. The hassle and airline fee for oversize baggage steered me toward finding Synaptic. Called less then a week before flying into LA and Shaun helped with picking the right bike for the week. Bike was top notch (nicer then my 3 y.o. Emonda at home), tuned perfect, and fit was perfect. They even had a Wahoo mount installed. Steve was in contact when we got to LA , stayed in touch, delivered and picked up the bike at our hotel on time (actually showed up 5-10 minutes early) quite impressive with LA traffic. All I can say is that these fantastic folks just performed my yearly maintenance on my bike. It is a little more than I usually pay but all I can tell you is it feels like I am riding a brand new bike!!!!
